Do you weigh yourself every day? If you don't see the number you want to see on the scale is your whole day shot? Do you obsess about your weight and live in fear of weight gain? It's a brand new year and millions are making their New Year's Resolutions to lose weight. But not me! I'm not making a New Year's Resolution to lose weight and I have good reason not to. It's a big question only you can ask yourself: What WILL it take for you to be willing to change your eating habits? Bottom-line truth: you're just not going to get the results of permanent weight loss as long as you refuse to change. It's interesting though because millions who are struggling with obesity and overweight right now are also wishing they could lose weight....but they want those results while continuing to live the same lifestyle they are living right now. Yeah, I know it doesn't make sense, but how many folks want to be a millionaire and they aren't taking action to become one? How many folks say they want to meet their ideal mate but they isolate themselves at home, binge eating secretly at night? How many millions are looking for a quick fix for their overweight, buying low dollar fixes that never heal the real problem, while continuing to hope and pray they can somehow get amazing results and keep eating the junk food they're eating today? Hey, I've totally been there before, deluding myself that "someday my prince would come" and save me on his white horse - not a prince I'd marry by "my prince" who would zap all of my overeating,  emotional eating, binge eating, and fat body problems. Guess what? That's never gonna happen! I know it's hard to Get REAL with yourself and brutally honest with YOU but you're gotta do it if you're ever going to change your eating habits, drop the fat, and keep it off. Do keep in mind though, that what makes all of this struggle-free to DO is a weight loss mindset. That's the result my coaching clients get when working with me personally in The Inner Self Diet. Hey, so what's it gonna take? Specifically, what will it take for you to be willing to change your mindset? WHY would you want to change your mindset? Because it's 92.8% of your problem today if you're saying you want to lose weight but you're not doing it. If you're still binge eating, emotional eating, living addicted to food and consistently procrastinating with the "I'll start again on Monday" thing that never leads anywhere, then your biggest problem is your own head. How do I know this? Because I've done all of that before and more, and it sure doesn't work! Well, it doesn't work if you want permanent weight loss. A weight loss mindset will set you free but you gotta be willing to go for it. Most especially, you've gotta be willing to do the proven steps to get it. And really, it shouldn't be difficult to see that you need a weight loss mindset. What do I mean? Well.... what are the Results you're getting with your out-of-control eating and overweight problems? Exactly how many more years do you need to keep searching for new food diet tricks until you allow yourself to get The Real Solution that will set you free? The truth is, we all create our own struggles and weight loss in and of itself is not hard. You just need to follow instructions of a proven system that works. But when you keep doing what you've always done and you keep struggling with your weight and you can't stop binge eating you can't stop emotional eating and you can't get it together with food and your weight.... these are all signs that you do not have a weight loss mindset. Doesn't mean you're "less than" or anything like that. It just means you haven't done what works yet. For most, their momentum is flowing towards more overeating and more overweight. Their momentum is flowing towards their comfort zone of emotional eating, binge eating, and their feelings of hopelessness and depression about their weight. For most of the millions of overweight and obese who are struggling to lose weight, they have momentum that is carrying them consistently towards the struggle.
