Without consistent action with a proven step-by-step system for a weight loss mindset (that's 92.8% of the challenge right there) it will be impossible to DO the 7.2% of the solution: healthy diet and exercise. But none of this is stuff you can just talk about; you've gotta DO it and do it consistently. If you're not sure whether or not you're Doing it and doing it consistently then just look at your results because your weight loss results will never lie. This can be hard to get real with yourself about though, because it's much easier to keep eating and keep talking about weight loss, without actually doing it. I've been there, done that myself! It was a huge waste of time and life experiences that I created for myself though, by not taking action and just talking about "wanting to lose weight". Don't do that to yourself! The whole key is to get the right mindset. Then you'll be golden (you'll have no problem living healthy and fit, which means you'll easily release the fat and keep it off, because you won't have a problem with self-sabotage or with struggle).
