Have you ever heard of New Diet Every Monday Syndrome? Wow, I had a lot of experience with it! And I'm glad to say that that's in my past. But what about you? Exactly how many weeks out of the year do you start a new diet every Monday? How much pressure do you feel each Sunday night to get going again on Monday morning? And then, if you're able to get yourself to start again on Monday, do you have the same struggle that millions have right now of sticking with it for more than 3 days? Hey, I understand, like I said up above I've definitely been there before. And then it turns into "Well, it's Wednesday, I already blew it, I'll just wait to start again next Monday...." How common is it that you falter and then tell yourself, "The weekend is right around the corner so I'll just start again on Monday".... GOOD NEWS:  You don't have to stay in this weekly pattern with the pressure and the failure to stick with it. It's exhausting, isn't it?   Not to mention the back and forth struggle, stress, and strain of yo-yo dieting, diet obsession, and overall frustration with not keeping your word to yourself.
