Therefore, your brain makes it super easy to keep going on the same old track. Your brain thinks it's helping you by keeping you stuck. Yep! This might sound super depressing but the only way you're going to get new results is by deciding to step OUT of the delusion and make a completely new decision for yourself. Only when you stop buying into the quick fixes and instead heal the root of what is driving your unhealthy, self-sabotaging eating behaviors, only then will you finally break free of your never-ending battle to lose weight and keep it off. If you recognize yourself in any parts of this list then here's the good news: all change is preceded by awareness. In other words, you cannot change anything when you are not aware of it! Once you are aware that you've been blaming others or anything outside of you, then you can choose to make a new decision: to take full personal responsibility for your choices, decisions, behaviors and results. Next, when you decide to take full personal responsibility for yourself and your results, then you will have the power to change. You cannot change when you are blaming others for your results. Only when you take full personal responsibility for your results will you step into your power and be able to begin changing your eating and your weight.
