 Let's Get Real: You'll Have a Very Hard Time Losing Weight If You View FAT as A Four-Letter Word | Podcast Ep #354 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 29:33

Let's Get Real: If FAT is a four letter word for you, you'll have a very hard time losing weight unfortunately. Why? Well, here's a couple questions first, and then I'll tell ya why. ;-) 1.) Have you ever told someone not to use the word FAT because you don't like it? 2.) Have you ever gotten real with yourself about WHY you are so negative about this little word FAT? Here's WHY you'll have a very hard time losing weight if FAT is a four letter word for you: because it's a sign of a fat mindset, just like if you answered "yes" to the first question, and "no" to the second question. Don't worry, you're in the same boat as millions of the overweight and obese out there, you definitely have company! I've been in that boat before too, so I understand. But you cannot say in the boat and keep a fat mindset if you want to have any hopes of losing weight and keeping it off. What Is a Fat Mindset? What is a fat mindset? A fat mindset is filled with fat thoughts and fat beliefs. Just a couple common examples of fat thoughts and fat beliefs which overflow within a fat mindset are: * Weight loss is too hard * I'll always be fat * I can't lose weight * I can't stop eating * I can't get motivated to lose weight * Nothing ever works for ME * Nobody cares I might as well keep eating * I hate myself * I'm a mess * I'm a loser (but not losing weight) * I'm a failure * I'll never be thin * I don't deserve to be thin These are only a few of the most common fat thoughts and fat beliefs which are very common in the mindset of the struggler who can't stop overeating, can't stop binge eating, can't stop emotional eating, and can't stick with a healthy eating plan. Hey, I understand because I've been through the same problems just like my Inner Self Diet coaching clients have. The good news is that once you clean up your mindset and get a weight loss mindset, Then Your Eating Behaviors Will Change which is a must-have-transformation if you want to lose weight for good. You're not going to lose weight without changing your eating habits. How can you change your eating habits when your mindset if filled with all of those fat thoughts and fat beliefs? Does this make sense? The solution is.... Change Your Mindset. This is the result I coach my weight loss coaching clients to, and then they get the results of struggle-free weight loss, because they changed their mindset.
