Have you ever gotten real with yourself about WHY you are so negative about this little word FAT?<br> <br> Here's WHY you'll have a very hard time losing weight if FAT is a four letter word for you: because it's a sign of a fat mindset, just like if you answered "yes" to the first question, and "no" to the second question.<br> <br> <br> <br> Don't worry, you're in the same boat as millions of the overweight and obese out there, you definitely have company! I've been in that boat before too, so I understand. But you cannot say in the boat and keep a fat mindset if you want to have any hopes of losing weight and keeping it off.<br> What Is a Fat Mindset?<br> What is a fat mindset? A fat mindset is filled with fat thoughts and fat beliefs.<br> <br> Just a couple common examples of fat thoughts and fat beliefs which overflow within a fat mindset are:<br> <br> * Weight loss is too hard<br> * I'll always be fat<br> * I can't lose weight<br> * I can't stop eating<br> * I can't get motivated to lose weight<br> * Nothing ever works for ME<br> * Nobody cares I might as well keep eating<br> * I hate myself<br> * I'm a mess<br> * I'm a loser (but not losing weight)<br> * I'm a failure<br> * I'll never be thin<br> * I don't deserve to be thin<br> <br> These are only a few of the most common fat thoughts and fat beliefs which are very common in the mindset of the struggler who can't stop overeating, can't stop binge eating, can't stop emotional eating, and can't stick with a healthy eating plan.<br> <br> Hey, I understand because I've been through the same problems just like my Inner Self Diet coaching clients have.
