Therefore, your brain makes it super easy to keep going on the same old track.<br> <br> Your brain thinks it's helping you by keeping you stuck. Yep! This might sound super depressing but the only way you're going to get new results is by deciding to step OUT of the delusion and make a completely new decision for yourself.<br> <br> Only when you stop buying into the quick fixes and instead heal the root of what is driving your unhealthy, self-sabotaging eating behaviors, only then will you finally break free of your never-ending battle to lose weight and keep it off.<br> <br> If you're stuck in the same struggles you're not the only one.
