Dan Dakich first talked with former Michigan Wolverin basketball player Zak Irvin after he finished up working out with the Pacers today.  They chatted about where he has been so far, who he played against today and if he'll have a chance to meet Larry Bird.  (4:00 mark) Leigh Ross Dakich of the Zionsville Eagles and ESPN Softball crew called in about the College World Series game one between Florida and Oklahoma going 17 innings.  (18:55 mark) Coach Seth Greenberg of ESPN CBB chatted with DD about Coach Thad Matta being let go, who might replace him and even a little NBA Finals.  (35:05 mark) Colts RB Robert Turbin talked to Dan Dakich about the way he runs the ball, getting aquainted with the new players/staff this season and what makes a player get better in the offseason.  (48:25 mark) Dan Plesac of the MLB Network and former big leaguer commented to DD about why the Houston Astros are the best team in baseball, why the Cubs are struggling, where the Reds are at right now and why the baseball culture is different today than it used to be during his playing days.  (1:06:00 mark) Mike Chappell of Indy Sports Central discussed being at the Colts complex today talking with players and if he thinks Andrew Luck will be ready for the first game of the season.

Dan Dakich opened up Monday's show by talking about the undefeated in the post-season Golden State Warriors, what is happening with the Cavs and if GSW will go 16-0 and win another NBA title.  (12:05 Mark) Graham Rahal of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing joined Dan Dakich after a big weekend in Detroit winning back to back races at The Raceway at Belle Isle Park, momentum in racing plus what his initial thoughts were when he was watching Courtney's crash on TV.  (50:30 mark)  Adam Amin of ESPN Radio/TV who did Celtics/Cavs series and is doing the ESPN Women's College Softball Championships chatted with Dan Dakich about LeBron James, the Golden State Warriors and if Florida will beat Oklahoma in the Women's College World Series.  Then for the last part of the show, Dan discussed Ohio State letting go Coach Thad Matta.

Dan Dakich was rolling on a Friday, as always!  We talked a lot of Game 1 and NBA Finals plus a bunch of randomness, after all, it is Friday.  We had two special guests in-studio today that included Jason and Ian Stephens.  Jason is the father of Brody Stephens and Ian is his brother.  Other than those two, Conrad Brunner was our only guest this afternoon but you're guaranteed to love this show.  Plus we gotta a call from a kid who sat down with DD on the show last Friday at Carb Day who calls himself The Degenerate Twelve Year Old.

Dan Dakich opened the show today by talking about game 1 of the NBA Finals tonight, who the dominant team is and why the favorite is ridiculous.  (12:02 mark) Mike Wells of ESPN NFL Nation talked off-season Colts and NBA Finals with Double D.  (32:30 mark) DeShawn Parker who is the all-time winning African American jockey in horse racing history and is currently in contention for leading jockey at the Indiana Grand Racing and Casino joined Dan Dakich to discuss his career, how he got into horse racing and what a normal day is like in the life of a jockey.  DeShawn and other jockeys who were downtown at the Winner's Circle just completed a peanut butter drive for homeless veterans and he took the lead and personally donated 100 jars of the 365 pounds (more than 500 jars) raised for the cause. (42:41 mark) Sean Farnham of ESPN CBB chatted with Double D about his number one pick in the upcoming NBA Draft, one of the largest regular-season multi-team events in college basketball history, PK80 sports a field featuring some of the top schools in the nation plus the way too early top 25 in college hoops.
