DD Show Rundown 6/03/2022 (00:00-25:32) – Headlines: Lance Stephenson wants to remain a Pacer, Girardi fired from Phillies, Celtics defeating the Warriors in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, Steph Curry sitting a majority of the second half. (25:33-40:24) – Jason Hammer joins the show to help hype up the upcoming Fan Cave event! Hammer then comes in and starts giving his bets for the day. Hammer is taking the Cincinnati Reds over the Washington Nationals. That bet then leads to a conversation about team owners needing to care more about their team than their income. Hammer’s next baseball bet is taking the Brewers over the Padres at home, -1. His final bet was taking the New York Yankees over the Detroit Tigers, -1.    (40:24-46:37) – Matt Taylor joins the show and talks Colts offseason and readiness of some players returning from injury. (20:39-35:05) – What The Hell Wednesday with Dan as he talks about the wrong prisoner getting released, a British rapper setting a world record for longest freestyle rap, a 70 year old gun-slinging grandma defending herself from a home intruder,  and a drag show taking place at a public high school in Iowa. Dan then fields a call on the Warriors bench performance last night and if Kerr should have kept them on the floor. (35:06-44:01) – The first hour ends with Dan talking about people thinking that the Golden State Warriors game 4 was fixed to increase the NBA’s revenue.   (44:02-1:05:29) – IndyCar Driver and Inianapolis 500 participant Alex Palou of Team Penske joins the show to talk about his experience in past Indy 500 races and the difference racing and interacting with fans this year makes. Dan brought up Palou’s racing background, starting in go-kart racing at age 5 and growing into a legitimate Indy 500 contender. They start out talking about Will’s 2018 victory in the Indy 500 and how it stacks up as being the greatest achievement of his career. They transition into the pressure of racing for a team owned by Roger Penske. Power details the process of watching race film and how they use it to improve their performance. Dan then questions Power on his drumming skills and if he’d ever been invited on stage with a big band.
