I think what Dan Dakich is trying to say is, he's had enough.  The conversation continued this afternoon talking about the Colts, Andrew Luck being ruled out and what to expect on Sunday when they host the Cardinals.  (24:00 mark) Mike Chappell of Indy Sports Central commented on the debacle on Sunday and where the Colts might go from here to start week two.  (39:18 mark) Dave Pasch of ESPN and PxP for the Arizona Cardinals called into Double D to chat about the squad out in AZ, Carson Palmer and why David Johnson being injured right now is a tough blow to the team.  They also talked about working and hanging beside Bill Walton on a broadcast.  (1:21:30 mark)  Coach Tom Allen of the Indiana Hoosiers called into Dan Dakich to discuss his first win as the head coach of IU, beating Virginia on the road and the competition at the QB position.  (1:35:54 mark)  Purdue Boilermaker Coach Jeff Brohm dropped by to discuss the first win as the head coach, playing against Mizzou and why the program is heading back in the right direction.

Dan Dakich kicked off this Monday edition by talking about the absolute Colts debacle yesterday in Los Angeles.  Second segment, Double D talked about the tragic anniversary of 09/11/2011 and did at various times throughout the show.  (20:55 mark)  Don Fischer of the Hoosiers dropped by for his regular Monday spot to talk about IU's win over Virginia on the road, what got better, what needs improvement and of course, Zander Diamont telling DD on Twitter that he wants to fight him in an octagon.  (37:15 mark)  Pat McAfee Show of Barstool Heartland stopped by to discuss yesterday's atrocious Colts game, why the team is struggling, if there was a reason Chuck didn't challenge the TD and if there is a way out of this one.  For the remainder of the show, Dan discussed the Colts, Andrew Luck, Chuck Pagano, student athletes and 9/11.

Dan Dakich kicked off Friday's show by broadcasting from Monument Circle for the Colts Kickoff party with the United Way.  Dan focused on football from last night, why the Patriots lost and how Venus Williams went down in the semifinals to Sloane Stephens at the US Open.  (16:30 mark)  Former Colt Daniel Muir dropped by the broadcast to talk about New England losing last night, his career in Indianapolis and Colts opening weekend in LA.  (1:11 mark)  Kevin Bowen of 1070 The Fan stopped by with DD as he prepares to head out west to cover the Colts.  Dan and Kevin talked about how they are preparing for week one, strongest part of the team and why the team hasn't developed as well as they needed to for th year.  (1:25 mark)  Former Hoosier and current Los Angeles Ram Roger Saffold stopped by with Producer Kyle to talk about the move from STL to LA, Aaron Donald's replacement, Hardknocks on HBO, who he credits at IU, west coast rap and playing for Sean McVay.

Dan Dakich got on the topic of paying college athletes and one former college basketball player called in to have a discussion.  (21:30 mark)  Mike Wells of ESPN NFL Nation discussed this weekend's NFL opening with Colts at Rams, who is injured for the Colts and if Aaron Donald will continue to be a no show for Los Angeles.

Double D began the show by talking about the latest updates from Colts Camp, injuries and more.  Former Indiana Hoosier and current LPGA golfer Danah Bordner dropped by in-studio to talk about her career, her Dad plus info on the Indy Women in Tech Championship coming to Indianapolis from September 7th-9th.  The tournament will be held at the Brickyard Crossing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  Former Mayor Ballard of Indianapolis also accompanied Danah in-studio.  Dan then jumped back to the Colts and what Chris Ballard is bringing to the organization.  (52:45 mark) Finally, Tom Waddle of Waddle and Silvy on ESPN 1000 in Chicago stopped by to talk about the NFL and Miami Dolphins picking up Jay Cutler.

Dan kicked things off helping to promote an event to raise money for the family of officer Lt. Aaron Allen. (12:45 mark) ESPN the Magazine senior writer Dave Fleming joined in with Dan to discuss the behind the scenes of athletes and how they deal with needing to use the restroom during games. (25:12 mark) Rachel McLaughlin of Indiana Grand would end the show with Dan to give her inside take on what characteristics can be key in picking a horse on Race of the Day.  You can hear the Race of the Day Tuesday-Friday on The Dan Dakich Show at 2:45.  Dan sends out the starting gate and if you RT it, you have a chance to win a VIP prize pack.

(13:50 mark) He first had his friend and former teammate at IU Uwe Blab on the show to talk about BBQ foods and their moments together in college. (34:30 mark) Mike Wells of ESPN joined the show to talk about the Colts' Quarterback situation and how the team will do if he is out longer than projected. (49:40 mark) Former IU Basketball player Landon Turner talked to DD about the best players in todays NBA as well as some of his hunting stories.

Dan Dakich spent the day talking to Coach Rick Venturi (23:30) about the Colts improving on tackling this season and what he expects the starting offensive line to look like. They also talked about Coach Pagano being on the hot seat this season. Dan later spoke with Marty Smith (1:27:00) from ESPN on his new show Marty Smith's America. They spoke about some of the guests who will be appearing on the show and how Marty made the mistake of taking a picture with Christiano Ronaldo.  The Marty Party is going down tonight on ESPN 2 at 7pm!

Dan Dakich had a plethora of guests for this edition as he kicked things off with Colts talk as training camp went into full swing.  (23:08 mark) Mike Chappell of Indy Sports Central went in-depth with Dan to list what he thought would be the starting line up on the Colts defense and updates from training camp.  (40:10 mark) Mark Boyle, the "Voice of the Pacers", would chime in for discussion of a recap of the Pacers offseason acquisitions and what characteristics both want to see in today's NBA.  Dan also asked Mark about signing a new contract with the Pacers!  (1:07:05 mark) World Record breaking swimmer and Evansville, Indiana native Lilly King of IU joined in with Dan to describe her experience at the 2017 FINA World Swimming Championships, squashing the beef with the Russian and what is next in her career.  (1:32:43 mark) Purdue men's basketball coach Matt Painter would be next on deck with Dan and discussed the progress of the team's new class of players and how new players adjust to the learning curve of college basketball.  Coach Painter also commented about representing the USA for the World University Games.  (1:45:24 mark) U.S. Girls' Junior Champion and Greenwood, Indiana native Erica Shepard would join Dan to end the show to discuss her upbringing with golf and her future in the sport.

Dan Dakich came out swinging on Monday and had a strong opinion on the Pacers new uniform and what the Pacers are trying to portray Indiana as next season. Dan looked at the Cubs trade with the Detroit Tigers and his outlook for the rest of the season (21:00 mark). Dan discussed the recent NFL study that found 110 out of 111 former NFL players brains analyzed had CTE and the state of football (27:00 mark).   ESPN College Basketball Analyst Seth Greenberg joined Dan Dakich to discuss Lavar Ball, freshman to watch this upcoming season, what is going on at Western Kentucky, and even some Yankees & Cubs talk. (44:30 mark). Dan and Kyle had a discussion about UFC and Jon "Bones" Jones vs. Daniel Cormier and the potential Jones vs. Lesnar matchup and finally, DD discussed the Colts training camp and the movement happening with the O-Line. (1:40:00 mark)
