So I thought we could do today is focus on background sounds. This may sound a bit of a strange thing to do when you're aiming for sleep. But actually, there is a method to my thinking. Because I remember when I was younger, and often it's part of the reason why I do these sessions. When I was younger, I used to really struggle to get to sleepin any low sound used to disturb me. And the anxiety the stress the disruption to my mind was horrible. But now background sounds instead of getting in the way of me sleeping, I actually incorporate they can become part of my sleep and they can somehow encouraged me to sleep deeply. because quite often, I'm asleep during the day when there is more soundusually than there is at nighttime. Now I'm not pretending I get to sleep easily if there was a helicopterin the next room. Of course, you know, that would be if fireworks were going off under the bed, you know, cause it's kind of loud noises are going to not be conducive to deep sleep. But as just standard stuff that's like Jayanti a big meal on a full stomach. You know your follow up your ad and or you can now someone gives you a plate of food. A big roast dinner. Something that perhaps you would love to eat normal. Normally. In this instance, this scenario, you can't. So we're talking about a kind of standard situation. May at the moment. This the sounds of the birds and pretty much during the summer. No matter what time you go to bed, what time you'd get up.If you live near a tree you're going to get the sounds of a bear Because of the days being short, in a summer, the bird stars are wake up aboutthree o'clock of three in the morning, I'm usually awake at that time. But even if I'm not I love the sounds of the birds. Because it's the most natural sound, fairies. It's just beautiful and it's natural and fits in to your mind.it sinks in naturally. My body becomes heavy as I should say heavier. And even though I've got my phone next to the pillow, not listening to an audiobook or maybe I'm listening to some music, it depends. And my mind does switch off even though there's a degree of stimulation, they'reguaranteed always fall asleep. Sometimes I even have to turn the audio recording music off. I can really just slay because once I'm lying down in that position unprepared this there's nothing else for me to do. There's no other reason for me to be lying downin my bed on my own. Sometimes I'll actually maybe I'll be sitting at my computer working on the website stuff or sitting watching television and just get the verge is like a visualization of laying down in my bed on my bed. How wonderful it will fail. Just sit on the edge of my bed. Take my socks off.Have a drink of water. I have my water bottle but the lid back on the water bottle and just stretch out on the bed. Put my head on the pillow. Feel my body heavy and relaxed. My mind just switches off Let's just start I'll be honest sometimes when I'm recording these sessions I struggled to stay away because it's not either through its air every thing calms down my mind slows down generally fairly slow in what I do the way I talk I suppose sometimes the way I think so when I do just sit talking to you sharing my thoughts about sleeping deeply I may be the same issue may be the same time as you really really feel that sense of tiredness feeling my body and my mind track of why I'm talking in the first place start to feel the perhaps need to continue talking because maybe peacefulness and quiet is what's needed. So I think this is the 29th edition episode of deep sleep whisper what you may notice is that even though we've just started the record you'll be starting to feel relaxed and sleepy. He knows something. I'm not saying this to brag. But since I've been doing these deep sleep whisper sessions dailysince I've been talking about laying down and when your head touches the pillow your body becomes happy. Just drift off to sleep naturally. without any effort that's been happening to me happened yesterday at all I did was lie down justhave a little rest just rest my body. I fell asleep for three hours. I wasn't even intended to go to sleep. So this is powerful stuff. It's useful which is why like because basically what we're doing is we're wrapping your wrapping your mind around the idea that we're talking about. And we're focusing on the same subject every day. Even if you are listening to the same session every day because there may be one that you ticularly become fond of.You find that it becomes part of your routine. You will experience these recordings becoming part of your life in a really positive way because the benefits of sleeping so amazing. But it's worthwhile investing that 20 minutes or so a dayfor each record, because it's not just about lying down listening to the recordings and Borland asleep there and then which is what you may wish to do. It's also about giving those suggestions to your brain connecting those parts of your mind together, which lead to that sleep. So you could step forward, imagining stepping into somebody feel is extremely confident, fallen asleep, someone that you can just fall asleep, watching television, in a room full of people,I suppose someone like that. This is deep sleep whisper hypnosis. I've been doing these a lot more regularly lately. Even Daily Times. And the idea behind these apart from the whisper aspect, which is nice and intimate. It's as if I'm kind of whispering in your ear. And it had a different dimension to the proceedings. It feels different. The different experience to if I was just talking. I'm using the word different. Quite a bit. so far is I suppose we could use the word unique is a unique experience for each person listening. Because each person listening is unique. Wow. Wow, the day I'm going to talk to you. While I talk to you, there's a few things that may happen. First is if you're a regular listener, by if you watch me on YouTube, and remember to subscribe. If you if you regularly Listen to me, you may just find my voice is all it takes for you to just drift off into a deep sleep. And I could be talking about the new Paddington movie. And you could just drift off.I could literally talk about drawing paint on a wall out cliche by wind because I'm not really into painting really into decorated walls and stuff. Kind of a shame because I could do with more colorful walls I imagined I might look into anything anyway. Another thing that might happen is you may just get bored because the content is not let's purposely it's not super exciting. Because I'm a human being. Because what you get with my recordings is you get me included. You know I'll let you know a little bit about my life. Perhaps as I do them Therefore, it's a bit boring, it can be. Because sometimes boredom is just simply that you don't really hear it stuff you don't need to hear. You hear it things, you know, you hear things about other people. Sometimes, it's not that it's boring, boring, is just that it's not relevant to your life. So nobody really can say that the wonders of surgery isn't amazing. The things that surgeons can now do operations, you know, Brain Stuff, that's amazing. But you don't necessarily want to read about it. or hear about it. Perhaps, you know, it's like, yeah, it's amazing things to do. Besides Johnny Medina, I totally don't want to see any operations. Thank you very much. Another thing is, when you listen to me, at the beginning of the recording, you listen, because you would like an outcome. You're listening because you wish to fall asleep safely. And that safety is very much a part of what I do. Cuz you get to know me over time, you know, you can listen to any of my recordings, whether you're sleeping or not, just to see and hear why so he can realize the Why say, in these deep sleep, gnosis sessions, is always safe.It's just me talking.
