So a couple of days ago I did a session deep sleep whisper and this is kind of like ASMR slash sleep slash relaxation just kind of whatever you want it to be really it's not a juggling act. So not anything you want it to be. I'm not a jar jam. You know I mean this is within the confines of me whispering to you that you say sessions or the beginning introduction to this particular recording my payment bit long winded these sessions are generally a bit more focused on the relaxing and sleeping, this involves allowing you to switch off your mind and let go. As opposed to the let me put you to sleep sessions where I just ramble on and on and on and on and on and on and on. And on and on, and on and on. About. I couldn't even tell you why I've thought about these deep sleep, whisper sessions, more focused in a sense thatyou can listen to my voice. I'm going to ask you to close your eyes only if it's safe to do so. Of course, make sure you're comfortable. Before you close your eyes, I should do it in that order really should, I should say kind might be laid down on your bed or in a comfortable chair. You don't have to lie down, you can sit up or maybe you want to lie on the floor or sit in an upright chair.It's really your choice. But ideally do that before you close your eyes. If I close my eyes and then try to make it to my bed, probably end up banging my toe on the door. So it's a good idea todo it in that order. So it's really this time, the next 20 minutes or 818 minutes is just an opportunity to relax. It's an opportunity to let go because no matter what's happened in your life during the day, yesterday, whenever or any thoughts you have about tomorrow with the future, you can just allow those thoughts too, to read away. It's it's a vehicle tap or force attached to your mind. And you just turned it on but just can't play. All leave your body in your mind instantly. All those thoughts don't just disappear. But they're just gently and slowly dripdrip, drip, drip in can continue while I talk to you. There isn't anything for you to do. Except be aware of your comfort. And make sure that you stay comfortable.So if for example, you feel the need to change the way that your body is laying or sitting.pinches do that. There's no rolls. You don't have to be a statue. I'm not turning you to eyes or to stone. This issue, being able to just be yourself and to feel comfort in whatever way feels natural to you. So I like the idea of bed knowing just knowing that when you lay down it's time to sleep safely and comfortably and your body is supported by back bed or by that chair or wherever you are right now.Your body is supported allowing you to drift and even though you're listening to my words, you'll also be noticing those parts of your body that I have focused onbecause when I mentioned your hair, your attention goes to your hands or to your feet.Your attention goes to your feet or to your forehead. This was a pop filter here as well, but I'm not sure if it's keeping me from being muffled Of course I got headphones on as well. And they seem to be a bit creaky. But let's see how it works out. So my name is Jason Newland, and I needless listen to this when you can safely Close your eyes. There might be background sounds, I believe not many. And borrowers were the main things the main sound that will be picked up on this recording that you're listening to now will be just me. I have Andre, the famous Andre the ferret into my bedroom. So you'll probably be scratching at the door trying to get out but it'll only be for a short time.These sleep babies with sessions generally lasts about 20 minutes. So as we focus first of all on how you physically feel, being aware of those sensations that you are currently experiencing right now, the second starting may be at the top of your head moving down, maybe moving down all the way down your spine and that's your focus concentrates on your spine that this nerve endings that reach every single part of your bodya bit like like an octopus, or a tree. And notice the physical sensations of your body. All the different parts of your body as your focus moves down your spine and even as you get to the lower part of your spine, you know that those nerve endings move all the way down to leg tips. You know that those nerve endings move from your spine, into your shoulders, all the way down your arms into the tips of your fingers. Know that those nerve endings from your spine into your internal organs, your kidneys, the deaf digestive system and all those muscles all the way down your back. The back of your neck. Spreading down your shoulders, your arms and your hands. Just allow in those muscles to relax Laughing down, relax in all of the muscles in your back. Every single piece of skin on your body fails. Allowing your hips to feel loose.
