Because if we needed complete silence, then I would have to stop talking. And this would just be a blank recording of nothing. The sun would say it's the equivalent to a blank recording of nothing.But I would say to those people to you. So there's always going to be sounds as long as your ears are working, you can hear things it's normal is to have a tendency of just shutting down. I didn't realize this really rarely realize it properly until I started sleeping during the day. And I noticed sometimes I wake up before my ears says that the rest of my body is awake. And then whatever is going on. Sound wise I become aware of. So I find that interesting that parts of your body can go to sleep. And I don't mean in the same way as when your arm goes to sleep when you've been lying on it. Or when your legs go to sleep when you've spent too much time sitting on the toilet.This is more subtle. This is More it's more like it's been raised. Like there's a picture of you on a piece of paper, just a picture. Your head, it could be a photograph in your head, your arms, legs, body, V toes,all about your body that you she look at that picture. Start associate how you feel with that picture. associate the arms with that picture with you. The head with your head is is your head. legs, torso, stomach, chest breasts, you know, whatever parts of the body connected with you.Toes, feet, nose is eyes. We can get in a race. In England, we call them robbers. But I realized that that might give a different connotation to other people in other parts of the world.This call it and a razor. And by focusing just on the sounds they can in this moment allows you to focus just on the present which means you're not worrying about future and you know, thinking about the past or at least you won't until I mentioned them and now they're gone again. Like to send the temperature where you are. So I'm in my bedroom. The school is quiet, it's not cold, but it's cool.I can feel that coolness against my face. When I said that feeling in my scalp, the top of my head sense of relaxation. As if the stress was just been released out of the top of my head.Can I actually feel the energy now I can feel my back. Metal of my bag. I'm not sure why. Now I can feel my chest. My throat and my jaw my fate my eyelids my eyes. Can you feel your focus just on the feelings? What's the temperature of the room where you are? If you're inside, or if you're outside, what's the temperatureof the air on your skin? Just how does it feel? All right to see if any parts of your bodyseem to require your focus. Just focus on those parts because I've got my eyes closed I can't really focus on what I say. However, the only thing stopping me and saying anything is my eyelids. The eyelids still less than light. So I've got that. Goodbye. natural color comes through my eyelids. And it's different depending on the brightness outside. Sitting in a dark, dark a shoe store lightish to stop much of visual activity maybe you can focus on a nice smell that you can sensevarying amounts of ability to smell. I personally can't really smell anything all from me. I can't smell anything. Or even usual for example if someone was cooking in the kitchen, I'd be able to smell thator if someone was cooking in the building even dependent on one it was a my about smaller font I came in and have one of these smellsand definitely be able to smell my friend's dog came up and let off one of his sleeping farts. I'd have to go up and open a window. The whole of the town would smell that. Not so much what you can smell or what you can or what you can feel. It's about being present in this moment, allowing your body and your mind to just really given your mind and your body space using your mind and your body. Because the last time you listened to me, you've got honestly for this time you're listening to me. It makes sense that you would also fall asleep. It's just logical. Maybe you're listening to this, and you press the play button, you're thinking to yourself, I'm going to listen to this because since you've been listening to me,you found that falling asleep is so much easier. Feels so much more natural. When you lay down on your bed, your head touches the pillow.Your body gets heavy and your mind starts to slow down. When you realize that there may be other benefits to listening to me Every day we can feel more relaxed every day you can experience more of a sense you are every day really fail in with your emotions every day you can enjoy feeling confident that you will just naturally fall asleep. When you lay down on your bed your head touches pillow. Your body automatically feels heavy and your mind starts to end. Your mind it's a little bit like the end of the day in your house.Turn around, turn in equipment, maybe the laptop, turn off the television. Turn off the lights.Let me turn off the heating and since just shutting down your home first night you may have one on I do I always leave one lights on. But that's a personal choice. I leave the bath at nighttime because it helps me aim when I'm obviously I wake up throw awayit's that feeling after waking up walking into the bathroom taking one and then walking back into the bedroom laying down on my bed. Alright, chin pillow potty become naturally heavy. And I seem to just fall asleep instantly. instantly. Hello there's nothing for you to do. Just allow yourself to feel relaxed. Allow yourself to feel calm. And I quite like that example the plank to wake up in the night going back to sleep instantly. Because actually, three is to stay awake that point would take a lot of energy. A lot of willpower because she don't want to get out of bed. Do you want to just stay there, you're comfortable, you're relaxed.To get out would take all the willpower that you have should be trying to will yourself you'll be trying to force yourself to wake up and get out of bed.But as we know that doesn't help. When you try to force yourself to be awake, it doesn't help you to be awake or to count a bed.In the same way you can't force yourself to feel sleepy. can't force yourself to fall asleep. Can't will yourself to drift off naturally. Because it's a natural process. What you can do is allow it to happen. You can't force it to happen. trying to force yourself to go to sleep.
