So I am obviously comical when I am asleep because then appears in all fairness. All you'd hear from me was snoring and apparently not everybody finds snoring therapeutic. And sleep inducing. Sorry if my future wife is out there please learn to find snoring wonderful experience prepare yourself for this in all machine. So, as I talk whispered to you in your ears with the intention of relaxing with the intention of remind you that you are safegiving you space to feel relaxed and know the when you lay down and you touches a pillow, your body becomes heavy mind starts to slow down. Slow, like if you had a piggy bank, literally a piggy bank might be this might be I've actually got one it's is a big, big pink pig.And at the bottom you can have an eye opening you can just pull it open and all the contents or the coins just fall out. Heavy piggy bank becomes a heck of a lot lightervery quickly. I normally let them fall onto the bed. The coins caught let them follow the rule of law otherwise, let's just have to be careful to look after my back door too much bend andso if you help me It need to get on your knees. Help me out. If they're on the bed, it's just a bit easier. That piggy bank becomes light pretty much instantly. Not only that is when you actually look down at the contents of our piggy bank, which was your mind.You can start to realize that actually it's a lot of coinage that doesn't need to be there. You think about it. You've got that in there and you think well.You've got maybe $10 or 10 pounds worth of change. Just couldn't get that change into a 10 pound note or a $10 note just slipped that note into the cashier. Do you know the top slotand piggy bank still has the same amount of money but it's light still got the same content but it's now lighter, so much lighter, much lighter. So much lighter. Laying down bed your head touches the pillow which causes your body to feel heavy instantly your mind starts to empty of any thoughts that are unnecessary login in a piggy bank imagine how much quicker and easier things are now that we have transferred coins into a note a piece of paper, a light piece of paper which still represents all those coins. Everything is lighter and more simple to deal with. You can enjoy that sensation of lightness that you can experience something beautiful peacefulness within you. That just feels right. peace within you. That allows you to reconnect with that sensation of feeling sleepy. When your head touches the pillow, your body becomes heavy, deeply relaxed which triggers your mind to just empty so so...

Maybe lying down on the bed, comfortable sofa maybe even the floor depending on your preferences and needs.Also, you may choose to sit in a chair one that supports your body.And I Someone once told me that they were listening to me and they were sitting on a chair and they nearly fell off the chair because I fell asleep. Well my solution today is only sit in a chair that you would fall asleep in safely. Even a deck chair, a sun bed by the sun bed I mean a laid back chair thing that you can sit in the sun with nice sun bed where you lay down and get Sundaybecause that's not something that you want to be falling asleep under. I did that once. 1986 I used to go to this gym. And they called sun sun beds in Southport. So I've got quite right skin. And I thought maybe I could try and get some Sunday because I can't stand or do something bad. Just basically I'd go read in in the winter. If I open the freezer up. I get sunburn is just the way my skin is. So I thought maybe I could train my skin to relax into some kind of a suntan situation. Well, I fell asleep. This is it didn't have any kind of an alarm on it. And yeah, it was awesome, great. So not sure why I'm telling you that story. I think maybe it's part of the trust. Because when you listen to me needs to be trust on both sides. I need to trust that you are looking after yourself. I need to trust that you're preparing the situation for you, so that you're comfortable at all times. I need to trust if you're lying down and a part of your body starts to ache, then you can move your body so that you felt comfortable again. I need to trust that you only listen to this when it's safe to fall asleep.So you're not driving a train or something like that when you're listening? Do you need to be able to trust that I havethe right intention. I have your welfare. Very hard. Everything that I do with these recordings you need to build trust that you can safely drift offand still listen to me. And know that the things I say when you're asleep? Absolutely fine. Just in the attempt one anything from you just want you to be happier to be prayer. Because even though your mind will automatically start to slow down and drift away because that maybe is what happens. As soon as you hit my voicesleeping is so important for your health, for your well being for your life. And for me, it's about a natural process. There's no medication involved. It's also no trying to force yourself to fall asleep because thatis impossible. I suppose the only way to false technically would be to wear yourself out completely. Basically. I'm pretty sure that anybody that's climbed a mountain you know already big hell they've been walking all day long. When they finally get to lay down, I'm pretty sure that most people would just fall asleep quite quickly due to physical exhaustion. And it's something that I learned a long, long time ago.And I feel it's helped me a lot over the years with my own anxiety and stress to help me justfocus on how I'm feeling Basically, in the moment, it's kind of like trying to stay in touch with reality.Robert that lay in my mind, get over active and I mentioned stuff, feelings. Really bad, but feel like they are. This mindfulness is just really good. Let's get inside, get grounded. That's the word I don't really use. domain, it's just about getting in touch with this moment.Because ultimately, that's all we ever have. We have this moment. And in three seconds time, we'll have whatever that moment is, but it will be this moment when it arrives.And among the many benefits is when you're focusing on for example, your legs, your knees, your elbows, your hands, your fingers.That attention that you're given to that part of your body is also a distraction from some of the other thoughts that you may have been happening before he decided to listen to me and to do this body scan which can allow you to not just feel more relaxed,to feel more focused and also feel more thrifty in your mind. When you go from stress and tension, to relaxation, your body, your mind can feel safe to just that, go. Let go. And that's really nice feeling when you realize that actually getting joy this moment. just focusing on this moment. And it's not even about how you physically fell. It's not about your toes or your your lower back was your jaw. That's just something that I mentioned. Something that you focus on.But it's not about that part of your body. It can be about the intention, the decision focus on something else. And take back your power. So that you choose what you think about you decide to move passengers into the driving seat. Choose to relax deeply to let go and to drift into a nice, safe, healing slay you choose because you're in the driving seat you choose because you can have been a star the top of your head. I meant to say shredder then but I said shredderand I did wonder if I could get away about pointing out my mistake there. For some reason I decided to shine a big shiny lie. Word shred up without pay because through a shredder would be probably Probably someone that really likes shetsput that paper through the shredder. But make sure the shirt is nice and quiet watch it just turned into these big shreds of paper which no longer mean anything can no longer affect you in any wayand all we're gonna do is whenever a worry or concern pops up into your mind and you're welcome them you can say brand new every time one does pursue food as shredder that quiet yet very effective paper shredder just disappear forever. myself right now. It feels nice. If you want if you imagine if whatever is coming into your mind is like a little little movie alone memory of something that bugs you.
