Summary: TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7
Hello. Welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland. And this is a deep sleep whisper session. Deep wave deep sleep whisper yet something like that. I suppose I should put ASMR in brackets because it's also bad as well. Today is Sunday the 19th of August 2018. I'm going to ask you to close your eyes only if it's safe to do so. Of course, make sure you're comfortable. Before you close your eyes, I should do it in that order really should, I should say kind might be laid down on your bed or in a comfortable chair. You don't have to lie down, you can sit up or maybe you want to lie on the floor or sit in an upright chair.
It's really your choice. But ideally do that before you close your eyes. If I close my eyes and then try to make it to my bed, probably end up banging my toe on the door. So it's a good idea to
do it in that order. So it's really this time, the next 20 minutes or 818 minutes is just an opportunity to relax. It's an opportunity to let go because no matter what's happened in your life during the day, yesterday, whenever or any thoughts you have about tomorrow with the future, you can just allow those thoughts too, to read away. It's it's a vehicle tap or force attached to your mind. And you just turned it on but just can't play. All leave your body in your mind instantly. All those thoughts don't just disappear. But they're just gently and slowly drip
drip, drip, drip in can continue while I talk to you. There isn't anything for you to do. Except be aware of your comfort. And make sure that you stay comfortable.
So if for example, you feel the need to change the way that your body is laying or sitting.
pinches do that. There's no rolls. You don't have to be a statue. I'm not turning you to eyes or to stone. This issue, being able to just be yourself and to feel comfort in whatever way feels natural to you. Even if it means open your eyes and guarding sitting on a chair or
covenant laying down on a bed. If you're on a chair. Just do whatever feels natural, so that you can have the maximum
sensation of physical comfort at all the while your mind is allowing those drips to continue allowing the stress and anxiety any worries just dread dread, dread dread being released giving you more space to relax even more deeply could be that feeling of lying in a warm, comfortable bar feeling safe
that sensation of comfort in or a muscles of your body relaxing there's a feeling I quite like is the feeling of a shower, a powerful shower on the top of my head like a waterfall. Those nerve endings and the top of my head is stimulating relaxation throughout my whole body
quite like is that sense of being in a bar and then pulling the block out and allowing the water just slowly
drain away and I can feel my body just becoming heavy, relaxed and all our muscles just seem to melt into the bathtub.
Such relax and feel it. So I like the idea of bed knowing just knowing that when you lay down it's time to sleep safely and comfortably and your body is supported by back bed or by that chair or wherever you are right now.
Your body is supported allowing you to drift and even though you're listening to my words, you'll also be noticing those parts of your body that I have focused on
because when I mentioned your hair, your attention goes to your hands or to your feet.
Your attention goes to your feet or to your forehead. Your attention to it's to avoid and your eyes and eyelids and all those muscles. Those tiny little muscles surrounding your eyes
relaxing feeling more comfort. Because the only difference between lying on your bed with a relaxed body lying on your bed for a relaxed body and being asleep it's just your mind. There's no difference. It could be lying in the same position as you normally sleep. It can feel completely...
