So I think this is the 29th edition episode of deep sleep whisper what you may notice is that even though we've just started the record you'll be starting to feel relaxed and sleepy. He knows something. I'm not saying this to brag. But since I've been doing these deep sleep whisper sessions daily<br>since I've been talking about laying down and when your head touches the pillow your body becomes happy. Just drift off to sleep naturally. without any effort that's been happening to me happened yesterday at all I did was lie down just<br>have a little rest just rest my body. I fell asleep for three hours. I wasn't even intended to go to sleep. So this is powerful stuff. It's useful which is why like because basically what we're doing is we're wrapping your wrapping your mind around the idea that we're talking about. And we're focusing on the same subject every day. Even if you are listening to the same session every day because there may be one that you ticularly become fond of.<br>You find that it becomes part of your routine. You will experience these recordings becoming part of your life in a really positive way because the benefits of sleeping so amazing.
