My name is Jason Newland, and this is deep sleep with hypnosis. Please only listen to this, when it can safely Close your eyes. This may sound a bit of a strange thing to do when you're aiming for sleep. But actually, there is a method to my thinking. Because I remember when I was younger, and often it's part of the reason why I do these sessions. When I was younger, I used to really struggle to get to sleep
in any low sound used to disturb me. And the anxiety the stress the disruption to my mind was horrible. But now background sounds instead of getting in the way of me sleeping, I actually incorporate they can become part of my sleep and they can somehow encouraged me to sleep deeply. because quite often, I'm asleep during the day when there is more sound
usually than there is at nighttime. Now I'm not pretending I get to sleep easily if there was a helicopter
in the next room. Of course, you know, that would be if fireworks were going off under the bed, you know, cause it's kind of loud noises are going to not be conducive to deep sleep. But as just standard stuff that's like Jayanti a big meal on a full stomach. You know your follow up your ad and or you can now someone gives you a plate of food. A big roast dinner. Something that perhaps you would love to eat normal. Normally. In this instance, this scenario, you can't. So we're talking about a kind of standard situation. May at the moment. This the sounds of the birds and pretty much during the summer. No matter what time you go to bed, what time you'd get up.
If you live near a tree you're going to get the sounds of a bear Because of the days being short, in a summer, the bird stars are wake up about
three o'clock of three in the morning, I'm usually awake at that time. But even if I'm not I love the sounds of the birds. Because it's the most natural sound, fairies. It's just beautiful and it's natural and fits in to your mind.
it sinks in naturally. And it can be part of a process called slave scan. But train in the background going past and of course, a train, you'd hear it for a short period of time. At least serve as the world's longest train. And those traveling slowly sound a train lasts for a short period of time.
You may have different sounds where you are. In fact, if you don't have different sounds where you are, it means that you're living here with me. Because that's the only way you could have the exact same sounds. It also needs to have my ears because we're gonna hit different things. We're gonna focus on different things. Why I find myself doing these days is not really focusing
on the outside sounds. But noticing, being aware that they are there and just accept it. There are cells in the world that don't fall around me, but don't involve pictures. And it's okay for them to be there. Do you are allowed to sleep deeply? At the same time as those sounds? Be there? Like a dance of love. A dance of sound a dance of sleep.
bags in the trees don't care what you're doing. What you're doing doesn't affect them at all. So why should the birds in a tree their activities Why should they affect you? Why should they can away Have you sleep in point to that? Just drain big does all the old saying when I was a kid was what else did he get for Christmas? After than that alone keeps maybe all year round it's just on this just energy just the sound that comes and goes it's gone as quickly as it come like a fart in American Hockey nights toilet my life story I thought in our your mind can feel relax. Your body can feel relaxed antennae background sounds with a close by distance...
