Hey, Kats and Kittens! Here's another episode to keep you warm on these cold December nights. This week was the 40th anniversary of Pong, so we talk a walk down memory lane about our first experiences with gaming. We also have a special treat in the form of a new Awkward Erotic Fan Fiction. *evil grin* :)

In this silly season before the gift buying and giving begins, it's good to remember what's important. One of the greatest things to be thankful for around the holidays, is friendship.  This is the episode wherein we take a trip down memory lane. Hey Kats and Kittens! This week we touch base, as usual. Tara's all about the Guild Wars, and I have my nose stuck in book three of The Wheel of Time. In the second half, Tara does a few dramatic readings from the Best of Craig's List, and we also discuss the meaning of "fanny", as well as female British sci-fi/fantasy characters. If you have a suggestion for who I should cosplay as next year, let me know!  

With silver wristbands on our arms, we melded into the mob of people.  The convention centre was largely  lit with the glow of monitors and flashing lights giving it almost the atmosphere of Las Vegas instead of London. Booth babes posed for photos, music blared, mothers chased after their kids, backpack toting teens clustered with their mates in various corners and slumped against the outskirts of the Earl's Court Expo Centre.  As I queued for Call of Duty Black Ops 2, one sentence kept racing through my mind. Holy shit, I'm really here! We should hit the pub after this. Okay, that's two sentences. We had equipment problems and my computer ate the show, so we decided since Tara's going to be gone in a couple weeks that it's a good time to take a break from recording and editing. Love you in the face!

Horray!  Guild Wars 2 is out!  Summer draws to a close and EuroGamer is on the horizon.  Life is good at Hell Station C.   Also, Cassandra wrote her latest song, called 99 words for Dong.  I didn't really mean for that to rhyme. I guess it happens like that sometimes. Ah crap, I did it again, didn't I?  

Hey, Kats and Kittens! This week we're back in the studio on our regular recording night and we've got lots to babble about! First half is the touch base, of course. Tara talks about games she might buy, impending trips to Colorado, and her ancestors. Sassy's got a new phone and has started watching Buffy (again). In the second half, we tackle the news of "girlfriend mode" in Borderlands 2, as well as a slew of listener questions. Enjoy!

This particular episode is a very adult one... while at the same time, we are maintaining the level of immaturity boozing and and dick jokes that you've come to love and  expect with TMPGotI. This week's show is short and sober because Tara and I are sporting Olympic size hangovers. We took our friend and listener, Peya out for a bachelorette night. Man, I don't remember much, but it was fun. There is never a good time to bring out the ukelele, but after enough Midori, it doesn't seem like such a bad idea after all.
