Today we are going to share with you a new episode, this time the episode proposes you a situation where two sisters discuss about a plastic surgery for one of them. One sister is absolutely sure to do that herself, the other one completely opposed to it. Let´s go to see what´s the matter. Una de las hermanas está absolutamente segura y convencida de hacérsela, la otra se opone completamente a ella. Vamos a ver cómo se desarrolla la conversación y qué sucede finalmente en esa situación.

En nuestro episodio nº 37: “Quiero un iPhone”, se plantea una situación en la que uno de nuestro amigos desea conseguir uno de los móviles de última generación lanzados al mercado. En la conversación que mantiene con sus amigos, podremos repasar en las frases y expresiones utilizadas para convencer de la bondad de un producto; y, al contrario, de los argumentos utilizados por los demás, cuando se critica al otro por su adicción a la tecnología. Se usan mucho los verbos querer, poder y pensar + infinitivo, el presente de indicativo para describir objetos y funciones, así como perífrasis verbales destinadas a dar cuenta de hechos que empezaron en el pasado y aún duran en el presente. Todo el vocabulario relacionado con las novedades tecnológicas y todas las expresiones coloquiales destinadas a mostrar sorpresa, asombro, crítica o descalificación. In our 37th episode, you can find a situation where a friend of us wants to get one of the most recent mobil phone put in the market. At the conversation, we are going to review sentences and expressions used to persuade their about the product advantages. And, in another way, we are going to review discussions used to make a criticism about his impatience and his adictions to tecnology. We used verbs like “querer”, “pensar” o “poder” + infinitive, we used the present of indicative to describe objects or functions and we used verb combinations to express the process about things started in the passed and continued in the present. We review all the vocabulary linked with the tecnology news and we can learn all the common expressions to mean surprise, criticism, astonish or descalification.
