All Meat Carnivore Diet - What's Your WOE? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:49:40

In this passionate podcast, I want to promote the need to stop the bashing that is going on around all the different styles and WOEs that are out there, and talk about how we can come together, perhaps maybe even support each other, even so far as helping each other no matter what our WOE. I divulge that perhaps Nutrition is only 1/3 of human physiology and biology, and there are many other factors of life that make up the 2/3rds we should REALLY focus our attention on. Rather than trying to be "right", let's choose to appreciate our diversity and come together on what really matters with human physiology that we have FORGOTTEN ABOUT. I think I might blow your mind with what I have to say. In a good way.... Please consider joining me at www.patreon.com/jodelle for more exclusive content you won't find here. And please join me @getfitwithjodelle on IG, and @jodellefit on Twitter.  Dr. Zsofia Clemens - The True Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:56:14

Dr. Zsofia Clemens holds her PhD, and is a nuerobiologist as well as a clinical researcher specializing in nutrition, nutritional therapy with regard to brain research. She is the senior researcher of the Paleomedicina Hungary Research Group where her clinic treats patients exclusively with what she calls the "true paleolithic ketogenic diet" (PKD). In her amazing research and how I found her on punned and research-gate, she has published over 40 research articles with more than 1100 citations. I reached out to Zsofia because I loved how passionate you can tell she is with regard to helping us understand the benefits of meat to human physiology and biology. I was so thrilled when she agreed to come on so I could incite her as to her thoughts on an all meat diet from a female perspective and someone who has been doing it now for over 5 years. Dr. Clemens goes into some brilliant concepts and research that she has done about everything from intestinal permeability and even insulin resistance. Plus, she fills us in on what her typical day of all meat eating looks like!:) And she really helps us understand the importance of calling it a "meat-fat" diet too, recognizing that your fat intake is paramount with regard to the protein you are consuming. Whether you are carnivore or not, this is good information from a wonderful source of information. To learn more about Dr. Zsofia, you can find her at www.paleomedicina.com To learn about the Open Clinic Days being held April 5th, 6th, and 7th, you can click here: https://www.paleomedicina.com/en/paleomedicina-clinical-open-days You can find Dr. Zsofia at @ClemensZsofia on Twitter as well.  Ketosis, Cancer, & Carnivore Diet with Dr. Nasha Winters | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:05:50

Integrative Oncologist, Dr. Nasha Winters, founder of Optimal Terrain Consulting joins me for an informative, energetic chat about all things related to ketosis and cancer, and even speaks on her thoughts on the Carnivore (All Meat) Diet. What an honor, and what a wonderfully inspiring woman Dr. Nasha is. I can't wait till our next chat, because I know this is only the beginning for what we have scratched the surface talking about. And everyone needs to purchase a copy of her book, "The Metabolic Approach to Cancer," regardless of whether you are looking to prevent, cure, or learn about cancer, because this book is critical for simply living an optimally healthy life.
