I myself read the research (and still am) and was quite intrigued with all that Dr. Baker talks about in this podcast. I ventured on the protocol of all meat for sometime and after just one week eating all meat (highly quality wild game and grass fed, and wild caught meats only) my period came back. I hadn't had a period in 7 months, and this was the only thing I changed. Did the meat heal me? I can't know for sure, but it certainly has made all aspects of my health improve, not just my cycle. My sleep is deeper than ever. My brain energy is clearer than ever. My favorite part is NO anxiety. While it may not be something for everyone and it may only need be seasonal, it's definitely worth a listen in to Dr. Baker and his understanding of humans as carnivores. Think it's unsafe or hokey? Think about this: If you didn't have a grocery store on every corner, and had to live in your man-made shelter in the wilderness or the woods, how would you survive in the winter? This is why I ask that you take a step back from the dogma that we have been preached and listen with an open mind, simply wondering about the possibilities.
