Wharton; was killed by a German sniper at the front August 12, while commanding an infantry division on D Day on Normandy Beach. Sometime during the last half-century, someone stole our culture.   James Robert "Bob" Kalsu (April 13, 1945 – July 21, 1970) was an All-American tackle at the University of Oklahoma and an eighth-round draft pick by the Buffalo Bills of the American Football League in 1968. Kalsu was a starting guard in 1968. He played the entire season and was the Bills' team rookie-of-the-year. Following the 1968 season, to satisfy his Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) obligation, he entered the Army as a 2nd Lieutenant & arrived in Vietnam in Nov. 1969 as part of the 101st Airborne Division. He was killed in action in July 1970 when his unit came under enemy mortar fire near the A Shau Valley. His family, out of respect, refused to talk in detail about the circumstances surrounding his death. Where is it our founders said A MALE & MALE or Female & Female can NOT get married? Two Georgia Democrats, inspired by outrage over the death of Trayvon Martin in Florida, said they will introduce legislation Tuesday to repeal Georgia's 'Stand Your Ground' law.Like in Florida, the law in Georgia states that law-abiding citizens who feel their lives are threatened do not have a duty to retreat. Inspired by the thousands of demonstrators - mostly college students from Atlanta's historically black colleges and universities - who gathered Monday at the Georgia capitol, State Rep. Alisha Thomas Morgan, D-Austell, and State Rep. Rashad Taylor, D-Atlanta, told the crowd they will file legislation to repeal Georgia's law.   Filing the bill will be largely a ceremonial gesture. The deadline is long past for new bills to survive the 2012 legislative session. Tuesday is the 39th day of the 40-day session. But the lawmakers said they wanted to at least begin the conversation, perhaps for further debate next year.   "There were thousands of people here yesterday, and you can't be silent as an elected official," said Morgan   The man who crafted Georgia's 'Stand Your Ground' law, State Sen. Greg Goggans, R-Douglas, said the people who want it repealed don't understand its intent.   "This just says if a person is being attacked, they can take action to protect themselves," said Goggans. "But this isn't to give a cart blanche 'get-out-of-jail-free' card. The judicial system and the legal system still takes its course."

Taxpayers also footed the bill for a $3,200 session w/ A mind reader, $5,600 for in-room parties, $3,700 for T-shirts and almost $2,800 in water bottles.$1,500 for "Boursin scalloped potato w/ Barolo wine-braised short ribs" & a $525 bartender fee for a cash bar. A senior official spent $2,700 to entertain other employees after dinner. And three officials spent almost $400 for rented tuxedos. Part II  : Judges order Justice Department to clarify Obama remarks on health law case.  A three-judge panel for the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ordered the Justice Department to explain by Thursday whether the administration believes judges have the power to strike down a federal law.  One justice in particular chided the administration for what he said was being perceived as a "challenge" to judicial authority -- referring directly to Obama's latest comments about the Supreme Court's review of the health care case.

The order “is either a serious POWER grip or another sign that inside the deep recesses of the White House, they are preparing for war,”. Despite my desire to not talk about the drama playing out surrounding the Trayvon Martin case,it has become a dangerous flashpoint for our nation. So Tonight we here at Conservative Primetime will attempt to have a civil discussion about the issue without the finger pointing and race baiting thats going on in the mainstrem media and even here on BTR. Whats lost in this whole media created drama is that we all have a stake in seeing justice prevail without looking throught the lense of race. If Zimmerman acted in self-defense then its important that he be left alone and allowed to continue his life the way it was before this tragic event happened.If hes guilty then its even more important that we stop the bullshit and allow the investigation to run its course. It sorta baffles me that the black community can be motivated and mobilized on a whim when a white person is perceived as doing wrong to a black person,but blatently ignore the crimes we commit against each other. Is Trayvons life worth more than any other black kid that died this year as a result of black on black gang violence,i think not.What about black on white crime? Is a black life worth more than a white life? Look folks Trayvon is gone and no amount of marching whining or finger pointing is gonna bring him back to his family.In situations such as this its vitally important that we lean on our justice system and not interupt it with mindless marches and calls for violence.I am so dissapointed in my people right now that i'm gonna stop here.Feel free to call in and let your opinion be heard. As we know Justice(s) John G. Roberts, Jr.( Chief Justice  ), - Antonin Scalia - Clarence Thomas - Samuel Anthony Alito will be voting to REPEAL ALL & EVERY Single aspect of this 2014 federal government mandate. This leaves Judge Anthony Kennedy to break the almost guaranteed 4-4 deadlock. So which way will he go and which way will he swing? In recent BIG CASES he has gone in support of quote the conservative side, but NOT always. So TONIGHT Ladies and gentleman of the JURY this evening you are the JUDGE OF JUDGES you are da' man & you get to tell the WORLD what side you would cast the tie breaking vote for on CPT.
