Life can be seen as a function - input, change, output. The great part is we can control the function and thus control the output.
The easy and comfortable thing to do is to hide and avoid. Just to act like it doesn’t exist. But what this does is it exacerbates the problem. In order for things to really change and improve, you need to acknowledge that they’re happening, and gain awareness on the issue.
Well, that's not the whole story. It's more like communicate it a different way. Focus on the positive characteristic traits that were displayed rather than reliving the negative events.
