In the 1978 George A. Romero horror classic film "Dawn of the Dead," JIM KRUT's zombie character steps under a whirling helicopter blade and loses the top of his head to cinematic history! He is known as the Helicopter Zombie internationally!  After many years of acting on stage, Jim continues working in movies.In addition to "Dawn of the Dead," Jim has acted in more than 15 independent films, created and voiced hundreds of radio spots, appeared in hundreds of stage performances and acted on television. He frequently appears in the US and internationally at horror and film conventions. Jim has worked as a newspaper and magazine editor, VP of communications, newspaper reporter, actor, photographer, freelance writer, condo painter, model, cook, videographer, pizza deliverer, medical consultant, grocery clerk and audio-visual trainer. Ire and her husband, Writer Jose Iriarte during Tampa Bay Comic Con in Tampa Florida. Elle E. Ire resides in the Disney-created town of Celebration, Florida, with her spouse, twin daughters, and two dogs. A graduate of the University of Miami, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in creative writing but left the MFA program when they refused to allow her to write genre fiction, instead receiving a Master’s in Literature mostly made up of writing courses. Currently, she teaches writing to seventh and eighth graders. She and her spouse run several writing groups, as well as present at many local and statewide conferences. Jose Iriarte is a Cuban-American, y mi primer idioma fue español. Two of the things he’s most grateful to his parents for are teaching him Spanish first, and making sure that no matter how hard times were, he always had books to read. Jose began writing his first unfinished trunk novel when he was eleven. In college, he had two majors–Mathematics and Literature–and two minors–Computer Science and Theology. “Elective” was just a word I heard from other people. Though he’s taught mathematics for over twenty years now, he attended graduate school (at Clemson University) for literature, not mathematics. Jose has worked as an editor, a computer programmer, a government researcher, a tutor to the rich and/or famous, and as a teacher….and as a pizza delivery guy. He has a theatre/musical theatre background—a tenor two, and not especially prone to stage fright. He was married inside the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World and is the adoptive parent of beautiful twin girls. Jose never set out to write Young Adult stories..he set out to write stories. Mark Richard Goldman is an American Actor and Producer and was born and raised in Rockaway Beach New York. "The Gold Man's" destiny was decided after appearing in the 1979 cult film classic "The Warriors". He has worked in many independent films, television and regional theatre productions including Shakespeare's "Hamlet" and Eddie Money's musical biography "Two Tickets to Paradise the Musical". Thomas Renner was born in Brooklyn NY in 1965 and started his martial arts training at the age of 13 years old in the art of Japanese Ju Jutsu. He has trained in Japan 5 times doing Japanese sword and Ju Jutsu Training through the years. Shihan Renner has attained the rank of 7th Dan under Michael Depasquale Jr., a 6th Dan with Professor Leon Jay, and a 7th Dan under grandmaster George Dillman. Thomas currently holds a 4th Dan in Japanese Sword called Iaido. Shihan Renner is also a Social Studies teacher at Westbury high school for the past 13 years. He has his bachelor’s degree in History and teaching and a master’s degree in computer technology and education. Shihan Renner has been the owner and Chief instructor at the Kazan Dojo school of Self Defense located in Deer Park NY for 34 years where he and his son Thomas Renner Jr. teach classes several days a week. "The Model" was filmed as an entry in the Tie Up Loose Ends Contest for Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival 2018 (MIFF), held in Melbourne, Florida. The contest required the producers to create an ending for an unfinished script (also chosen through the competition) by award winning screenwriter, Eric Emerick. The completed film was required to portray the opening scenes, as written, along with the newly created ending AND credits in a run time of no more than 5 minutes. Films are judged on overall cinematic technique and the uniqueness of their endings.
