He is known as the Helicopter Zombie internationally! After many years of acting on stage, Jim continues working in movies.In addition to "Dawn of the Dead," Jim has acted in more than 15 independent films, created and voiced hundreds of radio spots, appeared in hundreds of stage performances and acted on television. He frequently appears in the US and internationally at horror and film conventions. Jim has worked as a newspaper and magazine editor, VP of communications, newspaper reporter, actor, photographer, freelance writer, condo painter, model, cook, videographer, pizza deliverer, medical consultant, grocery clerk and audio-visual trainer. He won national awards for writing and photography and co-authored the 2015 history book "The Fight for Power." Jim was also a combat veteran of the Vietnam War, enlisted as a medic and was later assigned as personnel specialist with a 155-mm self-propelled howitzer unit.
