World Famous German Professional Triathlete, Florian Angert  joins us on the Marni on the Move podcast, LIVE from the Oofos Recovery Lounge Pop Up in St. George Utah. We caught up just before World Championships to talk about how he got his start in triathlon, what he loves about the sport, the segment of the St. George race course he was most looking forward to, and what he does when he’s not training and racing. Florian placed 5th at IRONMAN World Champs with the Sub 8 time of 7:59:35. We caught up for a few minutes afterwards and he was very happy with the results, his mental state throughout the race, and the execution of his strategy and hard work, there was only one issue, his nutrition went missing on the 2nd half of the run.
