Get In The Zone 01-11-2014 Now Archived | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:30:45

This week on Get In The Zone, the BronxFather started us out and introduced “co-host in training” Anthonyfarley.  The two started off the TNA Impact segment by bringing on L-train, who talked about what went down on Impact, especially Magnus becoming the new undisputed TNA champion.  Bronx and L-train were then both shocked into silence as Anthony, yes Anthony, went on a vicious rant about the title change, Dixie Carter and TNA.  Not to be outdone, L-train had a rant of his own regarding the announce teams in wrestling.  After the break the boys broke down Smackdown, which saw the Shield getting a victory yet again, and Randy Orton calling out the Authority to confront them on Raw.  Daniel Bryan’s new role with the Wyatts was talked about, and then Bronx read a few news stories, mainly about Ric Flair and Mae Young.  Bronx then launched into a tirade, and talked crap on everything from shoddy internet news reports, ignorant fans and more.  The guys then closed out the show with some ICP, to end what was basically a show where all three guys cut loose, here on the SNS Radio Network!

Get In The Zone 01-04-2014 Now Archived | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:53:19

Get In The Zone started off the new year huge as the BronxFather and “cohost in training” Anthony Farley introduced a new yet familiar face to the show, L-Train, who recapped TNA Impact.  The three talked about the X-division title change, and of course Magnus challenging AJ Styles for the undisputed TNA world heavyweight championship.  The Carters, Ethan Carter the 3rd, Bully Ray, Sting and all the rest were covered in-depth by L-Train, and Anthony and Bronxy chimed in with their opinions.  After the break, this week’s Smackdown was discussed, including everything from the Wyatt family to the current USA/IC title picture.  Both hosts had a lot to say about the ending of Raw and Smackdown, and what it might mean for the future of Daniel Bryan, the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania 30!  Before closing out the show, Bronx read some news items, one of which warranted some music.  Apparently the Impact Zone may be no more!  Anthony and Bronx closed the show with 2 steps forward, and 2 steps back to ring in the new year only on the SNS Radio Network!

The Whole Indy Show 01-03-2014 now archived | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3:29:41

It’s time to look back on the last year in Indy wrestling with the beginning of the 2013 Year In Review on this week’s Whole Indy Show with Ashley, Sandro & Randy. The first area they cover is Japanese wrestling with New Japan continuing on strong from 2012, DragonGate Japan having a good year and All Japan having quite a few ups and downs both in the ring and behind the scenes, with DDT and WRESTLE-1 also getting talked about. There’s also a brief set of honorable mentions for the minor Californian promotions, such as Championship Wrestling From Hollywood, EWF, Fighting Spirit, as well as Wrestling Cares, FWE and 2CW. Part 2 continues the international flavor with the Mexican Lucha Libre scene, with some major controversies for both CMLL and AAA on their biggest shows of the year, for the fans in attendance and fans watching via iPPV respectively. There’s also the TV deal that has ended for CMLL and its effects as well as AAA’s brand split which has seemingly been scrapped. Also, the guys discuss the confusing and crazy year that CHIKARA and Wrestling Is has been having with it’s biggest show ever, its ‘final’ show in June, the spin-offs seemingly struggling in the most part and now the gradual shutdowns of the Wrestling Is promotions by major heels of CHIKARA’s past, possibly hinting towards a return in 2014. The final segment has your weekly round-up with news on more matches added for Evolve’s shows in Florida, Kevin Steen’s Weekend Escapade surprise and the latest Chikara Ashes video, History. There’s then results from AIW’s Dead Presidents and AAW’s One Twisted Christmas shows from last week, followed by previews of this week’s EWF show (thanks to L-Train for his e-mail), New Japan’s Wrestle Kingdom 8 iPPV and ROH’s first TV tapings for the new year, with the return of AJ Styles to a ROH ring for the first time in about 7 years.
