SNS UnPlugged Ep 28 “Cornette Unleashed” 1-28-14 now archived | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:51:00

On this edition of Unplugged, “BronxZilla” Tony J. Mirabella had to go solo, as JJ had personal business to attend to.  Bronx started off by announcing that Unplugged had won 2013 Editor’s Choice Media Interview Of The Year in the Wrestling Radio Awards.  After playing a clip from the WRAs, we went back in time with “This Date In Wrestling History,” where Sean Beckerman from Beyond The Bell took us back to some classic Royal Rumble moments.  Next was the Raw Reaction, and BronxZilla gave his opinions on Raw, which he thought was a good show, and Dave Bootista.  AnthonyFarley from Get In The Zone came on to recap WWE NXT, and after the break the Jim Cornette interview conducted by JJ, Bronx and Shark was aired.  Some of the highlights were: * Jim’s upcoming European Tour * Jim’s fear of flying * Jim’s humorous opinions on Vince Russo * What Cornette thinks of John Cena turning heel * What he thinks about Sting possibly going to WWE * His harsh words for the Ultimate Warrior * Dueling Dustys!  (you have to hear it to believe it)   After the interview, Bronx attempted to read some news from wrestling-online.com, but the show was hijacked by Bad News Bane, who had some bad news for both WWE and TNA!  Finally, Bronxy regained control and read some news stories, took a phonecall from Sandro of the Whole Indy Show, and read a VERY non-PG email about Triple H’s friends!  Bronx then tried to close the show as usual with some Happy Trails, and trailed behind a bit on this special edition of Unplugged on the SNS Radio Network.

SNS Presents Royal Fumble 2014 01-26-2014 now archived | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3:09:29

On this edition of Sunday Night Showdown, “Mr. Money On The Mic”  Jeff Jackson, “BronxZilla” Tony Mirabella and Mark “The Shark” Dicarlo covered the 2014 Royal Rumble, or, as they dubbed it, the Royal Fumble.  The hosts were massively impressed with Bray Wyatt VS Daniel Bryan.  A star was born, and his name is Bray Wyatt.  The Big Show didn’t fair well against Brock Lesnar, as the seemingly unstoppable former UFC champ beat the holy hell out of The Big Show.  The WWE World Heavyweight Title was successfully defended, with Randy Orton getting some help from an expected faction.  In The Rumble match, CM Punk was, of course, number 1.  Some old faces returned, including Diesel and Sheamus!  Kofi Kingston performed an amazing feat, by leaping from the barricade to the ring apron without his feet touching the floor!  As guys got tossed out, Roman Reigns seemed an unstoppable force, until it came down to him and Batista.  As the hosts of SNS rooted for big Roman, they were disappointed, as was the crowd, as Batista came out the winner.  This prompted Bronx, JJ and Shark to rant on the Rumble, to the point of naming it the “Royal Fumble.”  A PPV event that will have long lasting repercussions.  So, check out the archive right here on the SNS Radio Network!

Get In The Zone 01-19-2014 Now Archived | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:18:29

On a Sunday night, Get In The Zone returned with the BronxFather and Anthony Farley.  L-Train was brought on to do the TNA recap, and during the recap the show broke down.  First, L-Train “TESTIFIED,” and it only got worse from that point.  In fact, “broke down” doesn’t cover it, as Bronx played a clip from the animated series “The Boondocks” which caused all three hosts to completely lose their composure and derail the show.  Anthony completely lost his mind, followed quickly by Bronx and L-Train.  The fact that the show continued after this train wreck is amazing.  After the three finally became coherent again, they talked about the new “investor” of TNA, and what the future might hold for the company.  Before the commercial break, Bronxy replayed the Mae Young tribute from Smackdown, and all gave their thoughts about Mae Young and what moments they remembered.  Get In The Zone and the SNS Radio Network would like to give condolences to the family, friends and fans of the “Grandmother Of Professional Wrestling.”  After the break, Bronxy talked about Smackdown, and the excellent match between Alberto Del Rio and Rey Mysterio.  Some news stories were discussed, as well as the Royal Rumble, future events on the network and much more, before ending the show.  An archive you don’t want to miss…or maybe you DID want to miss after you hear it, right here on the SNS Radio Network.
