Get In The Zone 02-16-2014 now archived | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:44:04

This week on Get In The Zone, Bronxzilla and AnthonyFarley returned to talk TNA, Smackdown, news and more.  L-Train was brought on to bring us the TNA recap, and things broke down rather quickly.  Between the Willow character portrayed by Jeff Hardy and Rockstar Spud, things got really stupid, really fast.  Train and Anthony broke down Impact, as Bronx derailed the show.  A breath was taken, and after the commercial break Bronx and Anthony recapped some Smackdown, which included a shocking win by Cesaro over the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton.  This was discussed in-depth, and it’s interesting to speculate if WWE is setting up Cesaro for a push.  After Smackdown was discussed, Bronx talked some wrestling and non-wrestling news before reading some e-mails from our listeners.  One email was very pro TNA, and the hosts gave their opinions on it.  After the emails, Bronx went on a rant FOR THE LAST TIME about a CM Punk story circulating.  You don’t want to miss BronxZilla’s pipe bomb on the “best in the world.”  The show closed out with a special song.  An archive to check out right here on the SNS Radio Network!

Another slice of Indy goodness is here for you with a new episode of The Whole Indy Show. There’s then results from New Japan, AIW, Excellence Pro Wrestling, ROH and WSU as well as some news that came from the New Japan, AIW and WSU shows as well, including technical issues with WSU’s iPPV feed. Part 2 has a review of CZW’s 15th Anniversary show which may have started late due to the said internet issues that affected the WSU event also having an effect of CZW’s iPPV, but was well worth the wait with a CZW Hall Of Fame announcement, some suprising booking moves, some great matches including Candice LeRae and Kinber Lee and Drew Gulak putting his CZW title against AJ Styles, and even a surprise BONUS main event which went a little old-school CZW (But not too old-school that needed plasma cleaners). The final segment has a run-through of all this weekend’s big shows with House Of Glory’s ‘Revenge Is Phenomenal’, PWX’s two night ‘Rise Of A Champion IX’ live event and TV tapings and Beyond Wrestling’s Feeding Frenzy, where Drew Gulak & Kevin Steen will go one-on-one for the first time ever.

On this week’s edition of Get In The Zone, “BronxZilla” and AnthonyFarley kicked it off talking about TNA Impact.  With L-Train in contract negotiations, Anthony had to pull double duty and recap Impact for us.  This week saw the debut of MVP, formally of New Japan and the WWE, taking the roll of TNA investor, seemingly on the side of the Wolves.  Both hosts agreed that Impact was not too bad a show this week.  After the break, Bronxy ran down what he thought was an A+ edition of Smackdown, with an absolute clinic between Antonio Cesaro and Dolph Ziggler, which saw Antonio win and advance to the Elimination Chamber match.  Jack Swagger wasn’t as lucky.  The main event saw the Shield win yet another match, and HHH has set up a banging match for Raw, The Brotherhood VS The New Age Outlaws for the tag titles IN A STEEL CAGE!  Bronx then read some wrestling news, and of course it involved CM Punk and Sting!  Then, Bronx debuted a new segment, “Tell Me He Did Not Just Say That,” where he read some non-wrestling news stories, one of which prompted a rant.  The boys then ended the show with the future of wrestling angles “Written In The Stars.”
