We talk about Les Mills group fitness classes like BodyPump, decease BodyFlow, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, RPM, and CX Works and how they are different from typical conceptions of group fitness classes in America. We also talk about their personal histories with exercise and events like an IronMan and a 62-mile ultramarathon.
