8/28/2020Season 11, Episode 10 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can and in this Friday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the most recent transactions made by the Pittsburgh Steelers in addition to talking about the team’s injury report following Thursday’s practice.There is a lot of Steelers-related news to cover in this episode so Alex and I begin discussing fan attendance not being allowed at Heinz Field at the start of the regular season in addition to discussing the late Bill Nunn being named a finalist for the 2021 Hall of Fame Class as a contributor.Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger had a lot to say during his Thursday press conference, so Alex and I talk some about comments he made. We talk briefly about Kyle Markway and what he brings to the team.Alex and I go over the Steelers injury situation entering Tuesday’s training camp practice and try our best to disseminate the various practice blurbs, quotes and pictures floating around since Friday’s show.Rookies Chase Claypool and Alex Highsmith both received quite a bit of praise on Monday, so we recap that news and more things coming out of training camp.Several from the Steelers have talked to the media since Friday and that includes Tom Bradley, James Washington, Eric Ebron, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Mason Rudolph, Chukwuma Okorafor, and Tyson Alulua, just to name a few. We try to recap the most notable talking points from each of those pressers in the middle of the show.How will the Steelers use Fitzpatrick in 2020? We also discuss the Monday Zoom sessions conducted by Cameron Heyward, Karl Dunbar and JuJu Smith-Schuster in addition to going over what head coach Mike Tomlin had to say at the conclusion of practice. 8/14/2020Season 11, Episode 6 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can and in this Friday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the most recent transaction that was made by the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday and what i means.Several press conferences have take place since our Tuesday show so Alex and I recap all of the main talking points to come out of the media sessions that head coach Mike Tomlin, running backs coach Eddie Faulkner and running back James Conner conducted the last few days.Alex and I discuss what might be in store for Steelers running back Benny Snell Jr. in 2020 and beyond. We also discuss how new fullback Derek Watt might be used in his first season in Pittsburgh.Tomlin talked about how the team’s 2020 training camp will likely progress once the pads are put on next week so Alex and I discuss the overall process and what practices might look like. We go over what DeCastro said about the futures of fellow offensive linemen Alejandro Villanueva and Matt Feiler and much, much more. 8/7/2020Season 11, Episode 4 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can and in this Friday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the several Zoom press conferences that took place since Tuesday with several of the Pittsburgh Steelers coaches and players.There’s a lot to parse from head coach Mike Tomlin, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, inside linebacker Vince Williams, quarterbacks coach Matt Canada and others so Alex and I spend a lot of time hitting the main talking points. We discuss what all Roethlisberger had done to his elbow and the potential of him playing past the 2021 season.Inside linebacker Devin Bush and backup quarterback Mason Rudolph are both discussed during this show based on recent comments made by Tomlin. We also talk a little more about the Steelers offense and two tight end possibilities. We also talk about what a magic stat-line for new tight end Eric Ebron might be in 2020.Has tight end Vance McDonald put on some weight this offseason?
