Every single person-- no matter their age, race, gender, or anything-- has 24 hours in a day. That’s 168 hours in a week that can be prioritized. If you spend 8 hours a night sleeping, 8 hours a day working, around 4 hours a day eating, showering, and driving, exercise for an hour each day and completely take Sunday off, you still have 22 hours in a week left. Start prioritizing what you want to prioritize and stop using the excuse of “I don’t have time.”
