Were there any federal district judges out there who weren’t appointed by Barack Obama? It appears all of these immigration cases wind up in front of left-wing kook judges. Now another Obama judge is blocking President Trump’s cutoff of funds to sanctuary cities. It’s remarkable that we have federal judges who are appointed by the most radical leftist president in American history, who take his political philosophy, reverse what is basically 100 years of jurisprudence, that they have fought for, and then impose their will. You can’t have a centralized administrative state by allowing Congress to do its job. San Francisco is free to be a sanctuary city, even though it defies federal law. However, now the federal government is not free to withhold federal funds from a city defying federal law. After that, the one area where Trump has succeeded, is in unravelling the executive orders of Obama. He is using same power Obama did to undo what Obama did. However, the President is having a tough time with the Republican Congress. There is no excuse for what Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan are doing or not doing. It is time to roll Chuck Schumer and the Democrats. The “Art of the Deal” should be the “Art of Victory”. Why aren’t the first 100 days a measuring stick for Congress and the Democrats? Can anyone name one piece of positive bipartisan legislation that Nancy Pelosi and Schumer have put forth? In addition, the Republicans have the Presidency, House and the Senate and it is their fault the government shuts down? This is not true, but it was the same during the Obama years. No matter what they always get blamed. The Republicans need to take their case to the American people. Many of these elected Republicans don’t want to make waves, because they want to hold onto power. Finally, how about we drive down the cost of the lumber industry and make it more competitive rather than passing tariffs on Canadian lumber? Whenever you hear a tariff is enacted, that is a sales or vat tax on the American consumer. Let’s not pretend that protectionism and tariffs don't put the American people out of work. What the Trump administration should do is open our federal lands to logging and have us compete with Canada that way.

President Obama and his surrogates lied to get support for the Iran Nuclear deal and he surrendered America’s national security to do it. Obama portrayed the 7 Iranian men he freed in January of 2016 as civilians. This is not the truth as some of them were accused of being a threat to American national security. Obama did this because he was in a frenzy to get the Iran deal done and sacrificed national security in the process. The liberal media like CNN doesn’t care about this, but if a Republican president did it, this would be breaking news. We were sold down the river with lies, obstructions and secrets so Obama could have a legacy. Later, there is now an attempt by Debbie Schlussel to destroy Sean Hannity’s character. It is a pretty shabby and thin attempt at that. Debbie has now stepped far away from what she originally said but when you accuse somebody of a something heinous don’t be surprised when they fight back. Also, Kate O’Beirne’s passed away who was one of the great minds of the conservative movement. We wish her family God’s speed. The left’s target this week is Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The controversy? During an interview on this show Tuesday, Sessions said that Hawaii is an island in the pacific. Oh, the horror. Sessions was speaking of the Trump administration’s second Middle East travel moratorium being blocked by a Ninth Circuit judge in Hawaii last month. The fake outrage over Sessions comments is ridiculous. The point Jeff Sessions was making is that a rogue federal judge is undermining President Trump’s ability to protect the United States. But the Left doesn’t want people to focus on the president’s constitutional authority being unconstitutionally overruled. The Left wants to destroy conservatives like Sessions. In addition, the federal judge serving in Hawaii who ruled against President Trump’s executive order on immigration, violated separation of powers. This judge substituted his own personal policy preference and political opinion for the President of the US. This judge out of hundreds made this decision. Hawaii doesn’t deal with the same immigration problems that mainland U.S. does. This is about trying to take out the opposition to a lawless judge who defied rule of law and Constitution. Later, the leftists are hypocrites. On one hand they seek to encourage freedom of speech yet on the other hand this freedom does not apply to conservatives. Conservatives speaking at a university have to do so under an armed guard and you risk your life just to watch. Berkeley reversed the decision and said that Ann Coulter could speak on May 2 but she refused and will show up and speak at the original date. Will the University that gave birth to the Free Speech movement in 1964 yield to the heckler's veto? The President needs to federalize the National Guard to stop the violent anarchist Marxists and cowards who cover faces in black.

Landmark Legal Foundation has filed a request with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA). The request asks the secret court to order an investigation into the leaking of surveillance activity conducted on members of Donald Trump’s team, in accordance with the rulings of FISA. The filing cites a flurry of recent published reports that show an enormous amount of leaked classified information has been used for political purposes in opposition to President Trump. Landmark respectfully suggests that the Court direct the government to complete its investigation and report its findings to the Court within 90 days. Also, Berkeley has reversed its decision and says Ann Coulter can speak after all on its campus. Obviously this is a big deal not just for Coulter but for conservatives everywhere whom the left determines do not have the right to free speech. The left wing leaders who run that university probably heard that the ultimate solution to this is to put down the violent rioters with the CA National Guard. Our solution is the right solution. It is time to meet the force of the left with law enforcement. Later, John Kennedy had an affair with an East German spy, and many other affairs. Ted Kennedy tried to work with the Soviets to defeat Ronald Reagan. These are monumental scandals, yet the media ignore them. The people who protected John Kennedy, Ted Kennedy, and Bill Clinton are now offended by Bill O’Reilly. The reason why O'Reilly was removed from Fox was because the advertisers left. Finally, the President today hammered Canada for putting restrictions on US milk coming into the country. However we put restrictions on butter from Ireland. When it comes to protectionism, which industries are going to be protected and which ones won’t? Everybody claims they are doing what they are doing for the worker. Capitalism is what supports workers.

Bill O'Reilly is out at Fox News after 20 years at the news network. He became a target of the leftist media including the New York Times, CNN, and Media Matters. The same news media for the longest time was dismissive and protective of Bill Clinton’s sexual misconduct. This is we have to rely on alternative conservative outlets for informative like talk radio, websites and CRTV. Also, neither win in the Georgia and Kansas special elections boasted numbers that should make anyone in the GOP feel comfortable. Congressional leadership deserves the blame for squandering the bicameral majority the party garnered in November 2016. Instead of keeping their campaign promises, Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell were lacking in vigor and resolve and have been dragging their feet, kowtowing to the party’s liberal wing, and falling short of their campaign promises to the American people. If they continue on this path, without heeding the warning signs of a dramatically-closed margin of victory in Kansas and Jon Ossoff taking almost half the vote in Georgia, it’s worth asking if the Republican party is capable of surviving. The only way you can correct course is to accept reality, to be sober about what’s going on. Also, UC Berkeley has cancelled Ann Coulter's appearance and speech. President Trump should federalize the California National Guard and get AG Jeff Sessions to walk Coulter on stage. It’s time to put down the violence. Enough is enough.

The media is trying to manipulate people into believing that President Trump and Vladimir Putin are buddies. Russian officials see Trump as more dangerous to Russia’s interests than North Korea’s Kim Jong Un. This should be a screaming headline on CNN or MSNBC, but it’s not. The Russian propaganda machine is all out trashing and smearing Trump and his family and you won’t see this reported on any establishment media outlets. In addition, the FBI used a dossier published last year to gain approval to survey the Trump world in 2016. The members of Congress, no doubt Democrats, are leaking to CNN. Remember the discredited dossier came from a discredited British spy source. This dossier was created by opponents of Trump. Also, what is Carter Page guilty of? If he is not guilty of anything, he should take legal action against the media who is ruining his reputation. CNN is suggesting that Page was a Russian spy. If you are going to accuse someone of being a spy shouldn’t you have some evidence? Page was not even directly connected with Trump. This is a sleazy hit job by CNN for the purpose of taking down Trump. After that, Joni Marquez a retired Air Force captain was not permitted to open fire on two terrorists in Afghanistan in 2011. This resulted in the death of 38 fighters including 30 Americans and 8 Afghans aboard the Extortion 17 helicopter. The rules of engagement prevented Marquez and her crew from doing what needed to be done and saving these fighters. These battlefield rules of engagement were changed by Gen. Stanley McChrystal under Barack Obama. Later, Jeff Sessions calls in to discuss withholding grants from sanctuary cities. Finally, Mark Meckler calls in to talk about the status of Convention of States.

Ronald Reagan slammed through massive tax reform in 1981 and since then progressive Democrats and Republicans have unraveled most of it. We are told tax reform is impossible because the people who lord it over us say so. It is not just the Democrats but the Republicans that love this stuff. We don't support the phony progressive income tax, which is really regressive. These taxes are really just a way to redistribute wealth. The vast majority of us who pay the federal income tax, support a fair tax or flat tax. It doesn’t take long to get to the 50% tax bracket after you add together all the taxes including, sales taxes, property taxes, and others. Yet when you look at the government and most states, they have massive debt. Our tax revenue doesn’t even come close to paying the trillion dollar debt. It seems the more we pay, the bigger the government gets and the less responsive the government becomes. In addition, we have to control spending borrowing and taxing. These are three things the Republican Party wants to stop but never does. We never fight he only time we took it to the left was during Reagan’s presidency. Reagan went over the heads of the media and Congress to the American people and got tax reform done. We allow the left to position the politics of this, but instead should be talking about unleashing our economy. After that, have you noticed conservatives who were Never-Trumpers praising President Trump when he embraces the establishment? Most of these people have revealed themselves as inside the beltway Republicrats. They praise Trump for hiring Reince Priebus, relying on Paul Ryan and relying on liberal democrats like Gary Cohn. Later, Trump is doing everything right when it comes to North Korea. America can’t ignore and pretend Kim Jong-un’s threat about launching nuclear missiles into our country isn't a serious one. Finally, the praetorian guard media is trying to kill the Obama surveillance story as quickly as they can. This is the same reporting you get from the liberal media including, the New York Times, Associated Press and CNN.

Why are our college campuses and public schools run amok with left-leaning, socialism-loving young people who despise America’s founding and its basic conservative principles? It didn’t happen over night, it was in planning over a hundred years ago! The problem at our campuses is simple, we don’t teach Americanism, but we teach relativism. John Dewey was an early advocate of reconstructing education to bring it in comportment with progressivism. Dewey admired the Marxists in the Soviet Union, because they took their ideology and applied it to the classroom. Education was used to promote socialist agendas then and now in the U.S. It’s a complete rejection of the Declaration of Independence that has happened. Progressives wanted the rejection of eternal truth, history and God. To them, the world begins today. What happened to ingraining in our children with the love of country and love of principles? What about our principles? They don’t matter seem to matter anymore. Our founding principles are enduring and eternal. They don’t change with the times. Also, America was founded by mostly Christians. They were very tolerant men when it came to other people and their faiths. The diversity of views found in this nation were due to the fact that the Founders understood the Enlightenment and were men of faith. Later, those who dismiss ideas, principles and philosophy have no idea what they are doing. Chuck Schumer is operating from the position of Utopian Statism. The Democrats keep sprinting to the finish line and throw wrenches in Trumps plan at every turn. Even when they agree with Trump, they must control and be in control. It is about time conservatives fought back.

President Trump said he was going to take out ISIS and that is clearly what he wants to do. The U.S. dropped the “Mother of All Bombs” (MOAB) on ISIS in Afghanistan Thursday to target and take out an ISIS-K tunnel complex. The main attribute of this bomb was designed to crush and destroy underground bunkers and structures like the one ISIS-K had. In addition, in the space of a week, Trump has completely altered his positions from the campaign on Syria, China and NATO. Trump is consistent in his inconsistency, but in the end he will be judged by the voters on whether he was successful or not. Also, British and other European intelligence agencies intercepted communications between Trump associates and Russians. They detected multiple communications and passed them on to the U.S. They passed this information on and it was leaked by Senate Democrats. Here we have Democrat leaks from Capitol Hill and Obama holdovers from the DOJ or those sympathetic engaging in leaks. Later, the Convention of States is under attack now that we have the attention of our enemies. The groups against this are allying with the Democrats to preserve an endless bureaucracy to torment the American people. Opponents who are concerned and afraid of a runaway Convention attack the Constitution itself. Finally Michael Doran calls in to talk to Mark about his new book, “Ike’s Gamble”.

It’s amazing what a new President and new administration can do with serious people running a serious foreign policy. Look at the change in China and Russia. Russia is on its heels and reports are that China is putting pressure on North Korea. The way you defeat Vladimir Putin is the way Ronald Reagan defeated the Soviet Union, by building up the military and unleashing the economy. Then we will crush Russia and China without firing a shot. Later, almost six weeks ago this we began asking questions about the Obama administration’s alleged surveillance of the Trump campaign and transition team. Now, there’s absolutely no question it occurred and the media is trying to cover it up. CNN came up with story and have sources that say there is nothing to the statements made by Devin Nunes. CNN spoke to a couple of anonymous sources who say there is nothing here, case closed. But Adam Housely, a reporter at Fox News calls in to discuss Congress expanding the unmasking probe amid questions over Susan Rice’s role. We should be asking if the surveillance of Carter Page, a former Trump adviser, led to anything. We don’t know what he did or what he didn’t do but Page is a nonstory. At this point we don’t know what happened, but clearly Congress is concerned. Also, the FBI did obtain a warrant to survey Carter Page. This means that James Clapper’s assertion in March that there was no FISA Court order activity against President Trump or his campaign is false.

President Trump, like President Reagan before him, has displayed a strength of resolve that has put America’s enemies on notice. When Trump attacked the Syrian airbase, he sent many signals after 8 years of appeasement and capitulation. He signaled to Russia, North Korea, Iran and China that America isn’t to be messed with. President Obama gave our enemies so much leeway that they took advantage of us and we had to reverse course. Also, North Korea wants to fire nukes at us with Kim Jong-un’s finger on the button. The Trump administration is acting in ways a responsible administration should in pushing back against Russia, China, and North Korea. It is appalling for Trump to be attacked for doing the right thing from both the left and the Code Pink Republicans. Trump has decided to and has taken steps to protect this country. After that, Sebastian Gorka, Deputy Assistant to the President, calls in to discuss the White House’s view on the missile strike on Syria. Finally, David Limbaugh calls in to talk about his new book, “The True Jesus: Uncovering the Divinity of Christ in the Gospels.”

The big scandal here is that we’ve had the Obama administration surveilling the Trump campaign and transition team and leaking information to the public, in hopes of getting Hillary Clinton elected. Those are police state tactics! Nothing Gen. Michael Flynn or AG Jeff Sessions have done are even in the same category as that. The real question should be, was Barack Obama as President using our intelligence services through the FISA court to gather information on their opponent? In addition, where did the information on Sessions come from? The Obama administration knew exactly what they were doing. They loosened NSA information gathering rules weeks before they left office. The information was then grabbed and spread to plants in the government. The question is who they did spy on and the extent of the spying that is the Trump campaign, the Trump transition and Trump surrogates. Also, Sessions has recused himself from the investigation between President Trump and Russian ties. He met with the ambassador as matter of his duty as a senator not as a surrogate for the Trump 2016 campaign. However, Republicans in the house and Senate insisted that he recuse himself. You can bet Republicans will throw these guys overboard just like they did with Gen Mike Flynn. The left’s desire to destroy this administration is insatiable, and they are not going to stop. Did Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch ever recuse himself on anything? This is so pathetic that Republicans are all over T.V. saying Sessions should recuse himself. Republicans like Kevin McCarthy are running for the hills whenever liberals attack. Finally, Dr. John Eastman, Law professor at Chapman Law School calls in to talk to discuss Trump’s fascination with Andrew Jackson. Jackson vetoed every bill by Congress that attempted to work on local and state projects.

We need to amend the Constitution to update the war powers act because we have enemies acquiring nuclear, chemical and biological missles that can hit the U.S. and we need to be able to respond quickly. When you are dealing with these kind of weapons of mass destruction, everything changes because they are easily transported from country to country. We hear people saying that we need a declaration of war to drop missles into Syria. So Congress would have to debate for weeks to shoot 59 missles into Syria? How absurd. Also, Barack Obama and John Kerry put together a deal in 2013 that Russia would be in charge of making sure Syria would give up and destroy all of their chemical weapons. How could Russia not be complicit in this attack? Later, after this Syrian airstrike there are new tensions with Russia. Do you still think Trump is bought and paid for by the Russians? This strike exposed the entire rouse that Trump was a Putin puppet. This entire myth has been propagated by the media, by the Left, and even some government agencies. Finally, Neil Gorsuch was confirmed Friday as our next Supreme Court Justice. We hope he turns out to be a tremendous justice because constitutional conservatives have been disappointed time and again. Constitutionalists have Justice’s Thomas and Alito - that’s it. Justice Roberts doesn’t count because of his betrayal on Obamacare.

President Trump is considering taking action against Bashar al-Assad in Syria for his crimes against humanity. We are taking a much more aggressive posture towards Syria, Iran and North Korea now. Trump is not doing this because he is a neoconservative, but because our enemies are on the move. How can it be said at this point that Trump is a patsy for Putin? Trump in his first 100 days of his presidency, is doing more to challenge Russia than Barack Obama. After that, some left wing groups filed a bogus claim against Devin Nunes and now he has recused himself from investigating alleged Trump and Russia collusion. However, Nunes is still in charge of investigating the Obama administration spying on the Trump world and misuses of intelligence. The liberals don’t want to get to the bottom of what the Obama administration did. That is why their cronies filed ethics complaints against Nunes. We would not know as much as we do about the Obama administration practices if not for Nunes. Later, Gary Cohn, Jared Kushner, and Dina Powell are senior advisors, part of the liberal cabal trying to drive a liberal agenda in the Trump administration. They are tightening their grip on the White House. There is not a constitutional conservative in the place in terms of policy and senior staff. This is extremely troubling as Trump is not a conservative so he ought to hear from one. Finally, Chuck Schumer and his ilk want to control the judiciary. They don’t care if they support the filibuster one day and then oppose it the next. Their goal is the complete and utter evisceration of this society. They won’t let the Constitution and the Declaration get in their way.

What if President Donald Trump wasn’t the first or the only target of an Obama White House surveillance directed at political opponents? 5 weeks ago, we decided that the issue here is the Obama administration’s surveillance activities and the politicization of surveillance. The spying was real and was not done in an effort to keep the country safe from threats but to fight domestic political opponents. Israel and Russia were just used to go after the real targets here at home including Jewish groups, and congressman. This whole Democrat and media ruse has been used to conduct domestic surveillance. After that, Fred Fleitz, former CIA analyst and Tony Shaffer, former CIA cyber and information operations both call in to discuss allegations of domestic surveillance for political purposes by the Obama administration. Devin Nunes has apparently found the goods that Susan Rice allegedly was using incidental intelligence collections to target the Trump transition team. During her interview with MSNBC, Rice talked about this information being shared not only with her but other officials. Also, she mentioned how the data collection was consolidated which means that Obama must have known about it. All roads lead back to the NSA. Later, the progressives seize more and more power and turn people into a controllable mob. In 1913 under Republicans and with support of Democrats, the Federal Income Tax and the 17th Amendment which proposed the direct election of Senators, were passed. With direct election of senators, senators don’t appeal to the states and do not care what they say. The states have no say in the federal legislature or government anymore. The leftists and Chuck Schumer are a creation of the 17th Amendment. You have a mixture of the mobocracy and autocracy. Schumer and the left are trying to prevent a highly qualified individual, Neil Gorsuch, from sitting on the Supreme Court, because they want to advance their agenda. What is going on in the U.S. Senate is the war between Americanism and Progressivism.
