Dr. Randy White, a pastor within the SBC, Joins Brannon to discuss the theme of “unity” that is now running through the highest levels of the Southern Baptist Convention and the Assembly of God. Ed Stetzer of the SBC announces that the SBC has made unity their theme for their 2013 conference. George Wood, the General Superintendent of the Assembly of God, has recorded a “unity” video message for those within the Assembly of God denomination. What do these men and denominations mean by unity? Brannon and Dr. White explain how they believe the real goal is to marginalize and characterize those that refuse to embrace the theology and methodology of Rick Warren; a man that happens to be a common thread between these two denominations. What would be required to have unity according to these two denominations and how does their unity differ from Biblical unity? Hear an audio of George Wood explain the things that people should not divide over that are in fact the very issues that Biblical Christians should divide over. Topic: We take your calls.

Part Two: When self-described evangelical conservatives are peddling stories that are just as outlandish as something from Benny Hinn you know there is a problem. Today Brannon describes the danger of allowing missionaries to tell stories of how Muslims are having visions and dreams of Jesus, an angels, or a man in a white robe. The reports are numerous that many are coming to Christ through such visions but so are the stories of people being raised from the dead and food multiplying. Yet, the proof of such strange reports is sketchy at best and in many cases turns out to be proven completely false. What you may not know is that many of the reports of people becoming Christians are not really accurate. What you are not being told is that many of these Muslims are not converting to Biblical Christianity but to Catholicism. Catholic websites are filled with these stories and well they would be as such paganism is common to Catholicism. What you also may not know is that the evangelical world for years have gullibly gone along with strange and supernatural stories only to find out later they were a complete hoax. Brannon explains how Satan would love for missionaries and churches to spread these stories of people encountering Jesus or angels and thus encourage self-professing Christians around the globe to dive off into mysticism in hopes of encountering Jesus or an angel just as promoted by many popular books such as Jesus Calling or Richard Fosters’ Celebration of Discipline. Brannon turns to Romans 10 for proof that such proclamations of the gospel by visions and dreams is not in accord with Scripture. While many Southern Baptists and other denominations are spreading these stories in what appears to be an attempt to use the sensational to fill their mission budget coffers; Brannon warns that Pastors that allow such silliness into their churches need to take seriously the dangers such sensationalism can do to the body of Christ and how it undermines the authority of Scripture.

Jim Fletcher joins Brannon to discuss his latest article entitled “unraveling”. Topic: Why are the adult children of so many well-known evangelical leaders so liberal and why do their fathers still publically work with them? Topic: Evangelicals aligning with Muslims and the coming Global Faith Forum in Texas at what is reportedly a Southern Baptist Church. Topic: Why are self-described evangelicals so defensive of any criticism of Islam? Topic: We take your calls.

Usama Dakdok and Jimmy DeYoung join Brannon Howse to discuss the Boston terrorist attack and the two men that are reported to be the terrorists. All reports seem to indicate these men embraced the worldview of Islam. Hear the audio of one of the Islamic leaders they reportedly had on one of their YouTube page.

Topic: Tony Perkins and the Family Research Council to hold a “watchmen on the wall” conference. However, are they really being watchmen on the wall when they work with false teachers like Lou Engle and have listed as a speaker this year Catholic Archbishop William Lori? Newsmax earlier this week reported that Perkins said “until the RNC and the other national republican organizations grow a backbone and start defending core principles, don’t send them a dime of your hard-earned money.” Perhaps Biblically minded Christians should not give a dime of their hard-earned money to any pro-family group that does not have a backbone and defend core Biblical principles such as not working in spiritual enterprises with false teachers?

 Brannon Howse: Aired April 17, 2013 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:06:52

Topic: UN Chief hails Pope Francis as a global spiritual leader. Topic: George Beverly Shea dies at 104. Topic: Jay Bakker, son of Jim Bakker to start Emergent Church in Minneapolis. Topic: Brennan Manning, former Franciscan Priest, author of The Ragamuffin Gospel dies at 78. Brennan promoted mysticism as well as undermined the authority of the Word of God, thus why has he been praised by people like Beth Moore? For a few years Brannon Howse has been saying that he believes that Jesuits or those that are Jesuit trained have infiltrated evangelical denominations and increased the acceptance of mysticism. One report claims that Brennan Manning would spend eight days a year at a Jesuit retreat. Since Manning’'s worldview has been promoted by so many well-known evangelical speakers, authors, and leaders could this be just some of the proof that evangelicalism has indeed been pushed toward mysticism by the influence of Jesuits and those that are Jesuit trained?

Dr. John Whitcomb joins Brannon for “Ask Dr. John.” Question: For several months now, I have been teaching through the life of Moses to my juniors Sunday School class and have accumulated a few questions. Is there any significance to the fact that the first plague in Exodus 7 involved turning water to blood, while Jesus' first miracle in John 2 was the turning of water to wine? Question: In Ex. 20:26, God instructed the children of Israel not to “go up by steps to My altar" (NKJV), however, in Ezek. 43:17, God told Ezekiel that the future Millennial Temple should have "its steps face toward the east" (NKJV). This appears to be contradictory. Could you please clarify this? Question: How can Jesus be God and still be a servant of God the Father? (This question comes from my 11-year-old son.) Question: What does Acts 2:17 mean if the apostolic gifts have ceased and are not available to us today? Do you have any materials on this that you can suggest? Question: My pastor says that after we pray we should stop talking and be still and listen to God talk back to us with “a still small (inaudible) voice.” He teaches that prayer is a two-way conversation and that we should stop talking so much to hear God speak back to us, which He will do if we are still enough to hear. Is this biblical? Would this be considered contemplative prayer? Question: My pastor believes you can lose your salvation if you lose your faith in Jesus Christ and it is an act that, once done, can never be reversed. I have also heard that an apostate is someone who was once in the faith and has divorced himself from God. Is there any truth in these statements? Question: Does Matt. 24:15-20 indicate that the church will go through the tribulation or part of the tribulation? Question: The Bible says that the antichrist cannot come into power until the restrainer (the Holy Spirit) has been removed, which would be the rapture. If this is the case, how will people be saved in the seven-year tribulation? Question: Will the Holy Spirit indwell those who believe during the tribulation? What else will change as compared with this age of grace? Question: How can we say that the curse will be removed during the Millennial Kingdom (with no sickness and harmony between humans and animals) if there will still be sinful people?

 Brannon Howse: Aired April 15, 2013 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:06:15

Topic: Brannon plays a stirring audio that reveals just how many unborn children have been murdered through abortion just in America, in contrast to acts of terrorism and wars. Topic: The prayer of Jesus in John 17:20-23 is being used by some to say that Jesus was calling for “Christians” and Catholics to come together as one. Hear audio of such statements by people such as Catholic Jay Richards and his co-author James Robison. Topic: Brannon explains in great detail the real context and meaning of what Jesus was praying for in John 17:20-23 and why Jesus was not praying for Catholics and Christians to come together. Scripture cannot contradict Scripture and Brannon shares numerous Scriptures that denounce such unbiblical spiritual enterprises.

 Brannon Howse: Aired April 12, 2013 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:03:52

Topic: Obama Budget has cap on retirement income. Topic: Beth Moore defends Rick Warren by going on a rant in an article against unnamed critics over unnamed issues. Topic: Richard Land speaks of how the Southern Baptist Convention'’s ERLC gave an award to Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Land boasts that this was done without any controversy. Topic: Why does the Southern Baptist even bother to call their denomination Baptist if they are going to allow some of their leaders to enter into spiritual enterprises with the Church of Rome and give awards to their leadership? Topic: Protestant leaders betray the gospel and greet the Pope in an ecumenical prayer service. Topic: Jimmy DeYoung Joins Brannon to discuss these topics: Israel to celebrate its 65th birthday but first it remembers it's fallen of all of Israel's wars, Israel is watching very closely the crisis developing on the Korean Peninsula, The Palestinian Media is being used to incite violence even as the United States and European Union work to restart Israeli/Palestinian peace talks, and The Holocaust Remembrance Day honors six million Jews killed as Prime Minister warns of another Holocaust to come.

 Brannon Howse: Aired April 11, 2013 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:03:27

Brannon’'s guest is Justin Peters. Topic: Justin is headed to Uganda for two weeks of preaching. The pastor that is hosting Justin is a former Muslim that is now being persecuted for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Bill was even chained by the police to a building, in the rain, all night for simply preaching the gospel in one town. Topic: Are Christians in America willing to be persecuted for the gospel? Are Americans more willing to die for their rights and freedom or are they more willing to die for the proclamation of the gospel? Topic: Brannon and Justin change topics and play audio clips of popular, world of faith, false teacher Joseph Prince. Prince has a congregation of over 30,000 in Singapore but he is now known world-wide through television. What is it that Prince teaches and why is it not Biblical? Topic: Why does Justin say that Prince is anti-nomian and what does that mean? Topic: Like many false teachers, Prince mixes truth and error. Hear an audio clip where Prince describes repentance by mixing truth and error.
