In the article, Schaeffer says that white evangelical America is a force rooting for chaos and disintegration on par with Islamic extremists and terrorists, and the entire evangelical movement needs to be demolished. If that isn't enough, he goes on to say that there's no nice smart version of believing in a god who made people to burn forever unless they "accept Jesus." To say the Father begets the Son is to use a metaphor based on human experience. But the church fathers were well aware of the limitations of human begetting, which is why they specifically said it was without time and without beginning. Hank comments on an article in the Daily Wire about a biologically male murderer who "identifies" as a woman. Peter Laing, a transgender "woman," who goes by the name Paris Green, has been moved back to the male section of prison because he had intercourse with multiple female inmates. Since there are supposedly more than fifty gender differentiations, moving Paris back to the male prison makes no sense if she is actually a he. This is all sad and confusing and shows why it is so important for Christians to be able to deal with issues like this. Hank also answers the following questions: Is the idea of self-love biblical? Hank comments on a profane tweet by women's march organizer, Linda Sarsour who lashed out against Ayaan Hirsi Ali a Somali-born, Dutch-American activist. Ali responded by calling Sarsour a "fake feminist" and a defender of Sharia law. Ironically, equality in Islam is conspicuous by its absence. In Islam women are referred to as tilth-a field to be plowed. In a time when we are told Islam is a religion of peace, we must remember that there may be millions of peaceful Muslims, but Islam is anything but peaceful. The pressure to yield to cultural norms is going to be pressed upon Christians with increased ferocity, but to yield is to abandon the very call God has placed upon our lives.
