It’s supposed to be a lovely day here today. It was a nice morning for a walk.

I didn’t dress for it this morning. It took me almost a mile and a half to warm up.

I got out. It was good.

The day I meet my new primary care Doctor. Whee.

For not having a lot to talk about today, I seem to have filled the 19 minutes.

And you know what I’m eating today.

I got out this morning. I’m ready for breakfast but I need to wait for people to get moving around here.

I got out almost as soon as I got out of bed this morning. Trying to get this ship moving…

The day just keeps dripping through my fingers.

I should have gotten out earlier. When I got back I realized I never posted the review for this morning. Sigh.

Lovely day and it felt good to get back out after the dust storm yesterday

I talked a lot about meditation this morning.

I got back on the road this morning and look forward to getting myself back on track.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ve toasted this book. The good news is that I’ve figured out where I went wrong and have a tentative fix. I talked a lot about it today.

The official local ambient temp was 11F this morning. My backyard temp measured at 18F. Either way, it was cold. It was also glorious. I feel better for having done it, but better for having it done and getting some breakfast in me. I talked about the possibility that I didn’t back track far enough in Fire.
