A Voice for Men

A Voice for Men Radio debuted on March 1, 2011 with Paul Elam sitting alone at the microphone. Two and a half years and well over a half-million downloads later, AVFM Radio is still going strong and has great promise for the future. James Huff has recently taken over radio operations with the intent to further widen our audience and to improve the quality of what we do. We are changing in the days ahead, as is the scope of the Men’s Human Rights Movement. We are entering exciting times. Paul Elam will once again be flying solo for a special radio program this Monday, August 19 at 8:00 pm Central Time, where he will be discussing the past, present and future of the men’s movement as well as aspects of his personal journey from writing a standalone blog to holding the rudder of the most visible men’s rights entity in our age. You will hear his personal story of becoming an MHRA, to the early days with Men’s News Daily -- to the growth of AVFM, with the participation of many, into a compelling force that is changing the dialogue on gender politics right in front of our eyes. Paul will be discussing his upcoming appearance on ABC News 20/20, the documentary that is being made about AVFM and the MHRM and the plan for growth into the future. He will also update you on the efforts with NCFM to foster men’s issues groups in institutions of higher learning. Lastly, Paul will be presenting a detailed explanation of all of AVFMs strategies and techniques for stimulating public discourse on men’s issues and why they are necessary. And he will be taking your calls to discuss how you can help and to offer your own ideas.

Through the process of redefining ethics, killing half of the human race, killing “undesired” children[1] or passing legislation that has double standards enshrined in them suddenly becomes acceptable. When everything becomes relative and the objective truth is thrown out on the window, those that hold immutable values can be and are labeled as “extremists” and when the truth becomes incorrect – the society at large is one step closer to totalitarianism. It is already extremist in Sweden to believe that men and women are essentially different. It is already extremist amongst the fans of the EU to believe that one should have the right to employ whomever s/he wants in the company s/he created. It will soon become extremist in the UK to believe that one should get an Internet connection free of governmental censorship and it has already been affirmed in France that it is extremist to believe that a man should have the right to know whether the child he is raising is indeed his or not. Our ethics are being twisted through the coercive force of the legislative apparatus every day and what used to be common-sense is now “extremist”. Why is this happening? Why is it so important to have clear-cut ethics? We will try to analyze the process of bending common sense that is taking place right now in Europe and assert several “extremist” ideas, such as the fact that due process for men is still necessary or the fact that no social engineering will ever achieve “substantive equality” (equality of outcome). James Mongiat became so accustomed to his wife Whitney’s childish fits that he decided to video one of them in order to show people just how out of control and immature she really is. He posted the video on YouTube and it went viral. It also sent Whitney to an attorney, and set the “guys are always wrong” media machine into full overdrive. James has been lambasted by white knights and other elements in the media about as mature as Whitney since the video made such a splash. As we all know that is not an unusual turn of events for men dealing with abusive women. Basically, an overwhelming majority of the Eurocrats agree that by 2017, no private company in the EU should be able to employ whomever it wants, but whomever the EU wants. This Soviet Union-style measure is rooted into a proposal of the European Union.
