Season 9, Episode 27 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Wednesday show, David Todd and I get right to discussing some of our final thoughts on the Pittsburgh Steelers Mondaty night win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.We move on to talk about the Steelers injury report heading into Week 4 of the regular season and go over a few of the main talking points to come out of the weekly Tuesday media sessions of head coach Mike Tomlin and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.We go over the low catch rate and low average yards per catch that wide receiver Antonio Brown currently has after the first three weeks of the season and if there’s any reason to worry about those stats.We touch on a few items related to Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell and go over how fellow running back James Conner has done filling in for him.We also talk briefly about the jobs that backup Steelers offensive linemen B.J. What constitutes a lost locker room and which Steelers players might be responsible for it being lost if it is indeed lost?We move on to talk some about Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown not showing on Monday and Tomlin's response to that. We talk about what Brown's agent said about his client's Monday absence and how Tomlin should go about dealing with the wide receiver if indeed he just blew off practice.We move on to talk about if the Steelers really would consider firing defensive coordinator Keith Butler during the season and if indeed that happened, who would take over for him. Season 9, Episode 23 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Monday show, David Todd and I get right to recapping the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday Week 2 home loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.There certainly is a lot to get to in this show and most of it unfortunately revolves around negative play that we observed on Sunday and mostly on the defensive side of the football.After some small talk about the Steelers Sunday loss to the Chiefs, David and I then begin recapping it series by series and that includes us further explaining a few key plays and situations.We talk quite a bit about how well Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes played on Sunday and how the Steelers defense made his job easier. Season 9, Episode 17 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Monday show, David Todd and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers initial 2018 53-man roster than was announced on Saturday after the team made their transactions. There's a lot of crow eating  during the early portion of this episode as we go over the Steelers decision to cut veteran backup quarterback Landry Jones in lieu of keeping second-year quarterback Joshua Dobbs.We talk more about the Steelers decision to keep Jones over Dobbs and why we wouldn't have.
