Two Gomers Podcast
Summary: The Two Gomers Podcast is a long-running podcast chronicling the adventures of two regular guys and their quest to chase - and embrace - healthy aging. Steven and Anthony, friends that have known each other since middle school have been podcasting together for almost 15 years, are facing mid-life with abandon. Each week they talk about a small move (or Baby Step) they've made toward health, press into a bigger issue they are trying to face with grace as they age, and finish by calling out What Gave Them Life that week. And of course, a ton of fun stuff along the way. The Two Gomers Podcast premiered on Sept 10, 2008 and the show has been going strong for 15 years, 13 very full seasons, a spin-off (Perfect Movie) and the Bonus Disc, their Patreon feed. They have trained for and run 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, full marathons, and triathlons in their endeavor to become healthier and fully embrace life. And one thing has remained the same: you're invited along for the ride.
