The Blitz with Fred Faour & Friends

In the middle hour of the show, the guys begin by discussing the blowouts from both Monday Night Football games. As the hour rolls on, they remember September 11th and are joined by Chronicle columnist Jerome Solomon to talk about the Texans’ loss to the Patriots. To round out the hour, they share a disturbing story on the Zadok Jeweler Gem of the Day.

To kick off another episode of the Blitz, Fred and AJ drag Barry on the show to tell some stories and sort out a beef between AJ and another comedian. After the opening segment, AJ tries to explain his beef with the aforementioned comedian and basically ends the poor guy’s career. In the second half of the hour, they discuss the recent struggles of some of college football’s traditional powers.

On the third hour, the guys talk about the controversial call regarding the A&M game and how the ball that went out of bounds on the one likely hurt their chances on winning the game, they also give their zadok jewelers gem of the day.

On the second hour, AJ and Fred give a recap of all of the NFL games that have gone on this week, they also talk to Houston Sports Radio Legend Lance Zierline about his opinions on Desean Watson and what is next for the Houston Texans.

To begin the hour, Fred and AJ break down what went wrong after the Texans dropped their opener against the New England Patriots, is Bill O’Brien the one to blame for this loss? Fred and AJ discuss. They also talk poker as well.

In the third hour Fred and AJ talk some college Football and betting lines for all the best games this weekend. Fred does the Gem of the day.

In the last hour of the show, the guys give their predictions on who is going win each NFL divisions. In addition, the guys give their Super Bowl predictions for this year. They also talk about the issue with WNBA players wanting more money.

During the second hour of the show, Fred and AJ dive into talking about the Houston Astros closer Robert Osuna hearing. They also talk about on where Earl Thomas might end up.

In the first hour of the show, Fred and AJ talk about how the show’s ratings are. They also talk about the Browns and how the HBO show Hard Knocks has helped their image. They also talk about the issue that Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell causes with him holding out. The guys go over NFL teams power ranking to start the season.

In the last hour of the show, Fred and AJ give their betting picks for the upcoming NFL games this week. The guys wrap up the show on some of their favorite picks for upcoming college football games.
