After the opening segment, they finish up their NFL analysis before they are joined by Lance Zierlein to discuss some of the positives from the Texans nail-biting win over the Colts, preview the game against the Cowboys, and talk about the Astros series with the Indians.

As the hour continues, they break down Frank Reich’s decision to go for it on 4th down and all the problems the Texans have on defense. To round out the hour, they discuss the Astros chances at a World Series repeat.
Fred and Jong start the final hour with R.J. bell from Pregame.com to discuss NFL picks and betting lines. The guys go into a Bill Cosby story. Fred introduces the “Stupid Stuff’ portion of the last segment.

On the third hour, the guys rank all of the Offensive lines in the NFL, they also talk about the MLB and if Mookie Betts will win the AL MVP after joining the 30/3 club.
On the second hour, the guys talk about how the Astros celebrating their division title a day later rubs Fred the wrong way, they also talk to poker commentator Tony Durst about the world series of poker and how much Poker is growing here in Houston.
On the first hour, Fred and AJ talk about where the blame needs to be placed when it comes to the Houston Texans, they also talk about the fan that got confronted at the astros game as well.
In the third hour of the show, Fred and AJ continue talking about college football. Local comic Ku Egenti joins Fred and AJ to talk about his upcoming show. Ku and the guys also weigh-in on the awkward press conference with Kawhi Leonard.
