 #DeontayWilder "I WANNA KILL A MAN IN THE RING!" (LEGIT) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3956

Heavyweight champ Deontay Wilder says most boxers' worst fear is his fantasy ... telling the world he desperately wants to KILL A MAN IN THE RING before his career is over. Wilder sat down with Charlamagne Tha God & Angela Yee (DJ Envy probably already walked out of the interview) on "The Breakfast Club," when he made the incredibly frightening statement. "I want a body on my record. I want one. I really do." Ummm, yeah. If any of you think he's joking, Wilder actually goes on to give reasons why he feels this way, saying he's not in his right mind when he's in the ring under his "Bronze Bomber" persona. "That's the Bronze Bomber. He want one. When I'm the Bronze Bomber I don't care. I want that on my record." In case you were wondering, it DOES happen, and most fighters say it haunts them their entire life. But, Wilder says only part of his split personality would feel remorse, and even then it's part of the game. "Deontay would feel bad, but we signed up for that." Yikes. You sure you want that, Anthony Joshua?

Prograis scored a knockdown late in round one and finished Indongo with three more knockdowns in round two. Time was 2:54. Prograis immediately turned his attention to a possible matchup with the winner of next week’s Imam-Ramirez matchup. “I want the real title now, and I don’t think those two dudes will fight me after tonight,” said Prograis. “Indongo only had one loss to Terrence Crawford, the pound for pound best, and I stopped him a round before Crawford did.  (Special Report 3/5/18) CANELO ALVAREZ TESTS POSITIVE FOR BANNED SUBSTANCE Blames Mexican Cows | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1754

Canelo Alvarez has admitted he tested positive for a performance enhancing drug -- but he's blaming the dirty test on contaminated cow meat. The boxer was tested in advance of his upcoming May 5 rematch against Gennady Golovkin -- and says results show he had trace levels of Clenbuterol. FYI, Clenbuterol is a banned substance often used by athletes to cut body fat while retaining muscle mass. It's banned by every major doping agency. But Canelo says he's NOT a cheater -- just an eater. He believes the traces of Clenbuterol are "consistent with meat contamination that has impacted dozens of athletes in Mexico over the last years." Canelo says he will immediately move his training camp from Mexico to the United States and will submit to any number and variety of additional tests that the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association deems necessary ahead of the fight. "I am an athlete who respects the sport and this surprises me and bothers me because it had never happened to me," Canelo says. "I will submit to all the tests that require me to clarify this embarrassing situation and I trust that at the end the truth will prevail." Canelo's team notes he has tested clean dozens of times over the course of his previous 12 fights.

How to bet on Luis Ortiz to WIN over Deontay Wilder | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3144

According to the boxing experts at Sportsbookreview.com, who rate the sportsbooks and help bettors shop for the best line, many of the books have the champion Wilder as a favorite at -330 (wager $330 to win $100). When it comes to betting on boxing I always express that we're looking for value. The value, in this case, is defined as weighing the investment vs. the risk. I've been around the sport long enough to know what I am looking at and why I make the picks I make. With that being said, here are my four best bets for Saturday night simply from a value standpoint and why these picks make sense. All of the betting value points toward Luis Ortiz. A combination of experience, power of his own, a southpaw stance and the fact that Wilder might be overlooking him provides enough confidence that the sharp money points toward Ortiz.
