We head over to the Bamboozle Cafe which is located at 516 N. Tampa Avenue, Tampa, FL. It was a beautiful day in Florida, so we ate outside at a cafe table. Our waitress, her name is "Bee" just like a Bumble Bee, comes out and hands us a menu. I look inside the menu and I have no idea what the hell any of the dishes on the menu is. I see chicken, pork and beef on the menu, but the other ingredients. look foreign to me.
Today, I'm going to tell you about a voluntary FDA recall on a popular Weight Loss Supplement and about weight loss supplements alleged to contain "Sibutramine," that was not listed on the product label. I"ve been seeing "recalls" all over the internet, involving "Romaine Lettuce" and "Eggs" containing Salmonella. Now, I'm seeing articles from around the world reporting DEATHS from the use of "Weight Loss" Supplements containing "Sibutramine," that wasn't listed on the product label.

There are a few ways to cook Brussels sprout. Ireland’s Former Food Minister - Trevor Sargent, listed online his preferred method of cooking of brussels sprouts. This is important for me……since I am not good at cooking! I can use anybody and everybody’s help with cooking!
There is written documentation of Brussels Sprout as early as 1587, being used as a vegetable crop and it is believed Brussels Sprout originated from a mutation from the “Savoy Cabbage.” The vegetable grows as a “Stem,” which the “sprouts” grow into a “cabbage-like” head. Many rows of sprouts are produced on a single…..long…..stem. The leafy, green buds look like miniature “cabbages.”
I was heading North on West Shore Blvd and WAZE told me to turn Right (East) onto Kennedy. I turn right and WAZE is telling me “You have arrived at your destination” I’m like……What???? It’s a Gas Station! I turn into the BP Gas station to get off the street, figuring I’m gonna have to “re-calculate” the directions. When I pull into the gas station……I see straight ahead…..next to the convenience part of the gas station…..a very small outdoor patio and a sign that reads above……
The 2nd side of the Weight Loss Nation Triange, is Moving Your Body! Your body "burns calories," as you move and perform activities. Many of you have stated on my FB thread, that you LOVE to Dance! While in Orlando, I decided to stop into a nightclub that offers a high energy, fun way to sing, dance or even play a musical instrument if you want! I visited Howl At The Moon to see if I could "Live a Healthy Lifestyle," while visiting a nightclub.
Tonight, I checked out FishBones a restaurant boasting "fresh fish' and aged steaks. FishBones claims to....."offer the freshest just-caught seafood flown in daily." FishBones also claims to be ....listed as one of America's Top Ten Seafood Restaurants. Let me check that out!
Today is Concoction Friday Nation! I have found a recipe on the internet for you......that I'm hoping you'll like....It is called "Blueberry Glazed Salmon" I didn't think it sounded good either when I first read it....but.....it was easy, quick to make and.....it tasted Good! Give it a try.....I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
