People ruining gigs and events, people stuck in places, and a musical based on the songs of Nirvana. You wouldn't get this sort of thing in many radio shows, oh no. There are lots of reasons for this, but let's not dwell on that, just have a little listen to this podcast.

Geoff's slightly miffed that he can't play any April Fool's pranks on people what with the show being after midday, which is a shame, because he's got a good idea for one. Still, there's always next year. In the meantime he takes his mind off it by showing us all how we can live longer, without doing any extra exercise or healthy eating at all.

The Hometime team are back off their annual leave, and have brought you a souvenir back with them- it's a podcast, and here it is, containing all the usual sort of thing you've come to tolerate and become accustomed to over the years.

It's the last Hometime Show before they take a well earned spot of annual leave, and they hear stories of extreme gluttony. Interestingly, it's a fine line between what's impressive, and what's just disgusting...

I was half tempted to have the beginning of this intro as "DANGER- HIGH VOLTAGE", just because being electrocuted is one of the things that Geoff and Annabel discuss today, but that's just one of the topics, so I think that would just be reductive.

However, he's not only interested famous musicians- he talks to some of you listeners too, about odd things you've said when coming out from anaesthetic, and tiny reasons for making huge decisions.

Earlier we had Elbow come and do a session for us. Geoff accidentally was talking to them and said something embarrassing that accidentally got picked up on the microphone but, being a glass half full man, he turned it into a phone in. That's how it's done folks...

Geoff celebrates the advent of Crufts by hearing stories of naughty dogs, though his own dog did enable him to do a spot of top-class celebrity spotting last night so, despite ripping up your prized possessions, they do have their uses.

Geoff is concerned- he met Nina Persson from the Cardigans earlier, and had a picture taken with her, but now Annabel thinks he looks creepy, and also that he's hiding...something. Anyway, why not listen to Geoff's side of the story, in this podcast.

Normally, you can rely on your nan, (in fact most nans), to do a decent dinner. However, sometimes this isn't the case, and you get a nan who cooks some truly shocking dishes, a few of which we discuss, amongst other things, this evening.

It's only the third of March, but already Geoff is worried about the start of World War 3. To be fair, it can be a tough time, especially if you've just bought some new furniture, but there's always Liam Gallagher's ranting on Twitter to take your mind off it.
