We take care of everyone and everything else first. We then look back at the month or months and realize we have not achieved anything that has been important to us. I will help you recognize some of the fear that comes up instantly and understand it's just fear, let it go and take action to one thing this week that will help you move forward.
Sharing my experience, thoughts, overwhelming reality of an open water cold water swim. Its not easy to do triathlon and as a mom there are so many obstacles that come at me, but I will share that it truly is 90% mental and 10% physical. My vision and beliefs in myself are way more important to me now even as a mom, they just look a little different than pre-kids! If you have thought about doing a triathlon, I will share what I have seen to help you ease or mind on some of the ideas we think are happening. You can do anything once you decide!

What do I mean by this? We have this incredible ability to attract things, experiences, people, places through the power of intention, which also guides our energy into finding or creating the exact thing we want or desire. And when it happens you look back at the journey and see a little bit of magic happening the kind.
I recently talked to a lady who simply just said I wish I had more confidence. How many of you can relate to that statement, keep in mind this is a mom in her late 30’s saying she wishes she had more confidence. How do we get to an adult and still lack confidence? Let’s talk about what confidence is. Confidence is knowing you can rely on yourself, it is the ability to believe in oneself. To choose the best path or best decision at the time and take action. Confidence is the willingness to try.
Bring to lights the greatness in you. That’s what this is all about. So today's episode I want to talk about: Keeping you, motivated, accountable and connected, especially now that we are officially halfway through our year. What are you proud of? It’s a forward movement, what did you take action on this year. What 3 actions have you moved on this year. Even for me, I was taken aback by the question. My first thought is nothing, my kids are still alive and well, but then as I scan through the month, Oh I did do a 30day coldwater shower challenge, and 30 days of skipping, I have realized that I launched my very first 5 week series for moms to help them see their true strengths and reconnect with confidence. So I would say that's a big win.

It showed up through simply being open to helping a family member. Trying something new allows us to explore something we have never tried before, and it turns out it was exactly what she needed. Now she has a business designing beautiful jewelry bracelets made with healing stones and her personal touch to inspire, heal and make women feel happy. She talks about how she can’t do everything but once she found her true passion slowly pieces started falling into place and a new joy and love for her life development. Her husband seen her new spark and cheers her on and has told her not to quit when she gets in her own way.
Anna has a passion for business and has had one since the age of 7 creating stores and galleries in her childhood home. She talks about how her flower farm created a stream of income that is very seasonal and was looking to expand in the off-season where her idea to create jewelry with dried flowers and creative eye to design sentimental pieces that speaks to her customer souls. She talks about her vision to have a full-time thriving business and creating something beautiful that makes her happy and inspires her teenage girls. She has a powerful message of pushing herself to do new things, have faith, and just try, even with a big to-do list that never ends.
