In 2015 Kate graduated from Berklee College of Music, earning a Bachelor of Music focused in Songwriting. Her time at Berklee allowed her to refine her musical chops before taking on Music City. Kate has been working the Nashville music scene ever since relocating by releasing self-written and co-produced artist projects. Kate spilts her time between Nashville, and South Florida.Her latest single “Wait Up” is a modern Nashville take on a classic soulful feel. The chorus reads, “I know they say a lady is supposed to wait for a man to call her baby but I can’t take it, I know they say a lady is supposed to be chased…” is a campy yet bold message that somewhat mirrors back to a Shania Twain perception in a 90’s boy band era. The pop acoustic feel and soulful rhythms are played in to embody a fun and empowering song that gives the feeling of wanting to go out on the town.

We had a great conversation with country artist Jennifer Hart .We talked about many things from family, her new album "1992". music, sacrifices, she told some great stories to a whole lot more!Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, Jennifer Hart (formerly known as Jennifer Smestad) is a Country singer-songwriter who now calls Music City home. Moving to Nashville in 2016, with nothing but a Bible and clear vision, Hart has carved her own unique path and recently signed to RECORDS Nashville as her viral “Half The Man” entered the TOP 10 US iTunes Sales Chart, while continuing to garner millions of streams on DSPs and hundreds-of-thousand uses on TikTok resulting in well over 20 million views. After finding moderate streaming success with “Find Me Here,” about her sister’s miscarriage, Jennifer said “it was a huge passion project for me and one of the most meaningful songs to me.” This fine-tuned her focus to include songs that carry personal meaning. She followed up with “Half The Man,” about her Father in February 2020. Upon the success of “Half The Man,” Hart immediately started hearing from record labels, ultimately finding a home with Barry Weis’s RECORDS. City Limits Phoenix stated, “Hart has emerged as one of Nashville’s most impressive young artists. She’s smart and thoughtful, with a playful, sassy side that quickly endears her to audiences.” She has been singing as long as anyone can remember and began writing her own songs at the age of 10; however, she first entered the public spotlight through the Miss America Organization in which she was crowned Miss Arizona 2013 and advanced to the Miss America Competition. It was this opportunity that allowed her the platform to share her story of overcoming Tourette Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Social Anxiety. She has been featured on Us Weekly, The Today Show, Daily Mail and other major international networks, but most importantly she has had the chance to touch the lives of so many others who have struggled with the same or similar challenges. Never afraid of hard work, Hart believes she needs to continually push to better herself and this shows in her music. “Every time I push myself to do the very thing that scares me, I feel empowered and even more inspired to conquer all of my other fears.” The desire to work hard, push herself and reach people promises a bright future for Jennifer and her upcoming music.

We talked about so many things from family, he's a HUGE family man, music, sacrifices, he told some amazing stories plus a whole lot more!Matthew Wayne, a country artist that hails from Floridia has been at it professionally since the age of 18. He started playing guitar and piano at the age of five. At the age of 10 he started playing drums. Matthew has gone on tour with acts such as The Avett Brothers, Ryan Cabrera, members of NSYNC and Boyz II Men among others. Growing up on country music from his parents has come full circle as he creates country music today.He splits his time between Nashville and Florida.

We had a great conversation with Actress Alondra Delgado. We talked about her new book, acting, family, sacrifices, she told some great stories to a whole lot more!Delgado is best known for her large role as Vanessa Montes on the CW football drama All American. She is the daughter of the new head coach and the confident new girl at school who has a history with one of her classmates.Adding to her impressive resume, Delgado recently released a self-published book of poems titled Is Mejor to Say Adios. The poems explore the hardships of love and are meant to ‘fix the soul’ while following the writer through the heartbreaking journey of discovering self-love. The book, which is written half in English and half in Delgado’s native Spanish, is available now.

The wine bar is the newest venture from veteran restaurateur and sommelier Grant Reynolds. At Parcelle, Chef Yan draws on his Chinese heritage and creates some of the most eccentric and inventive food in downtown Manhattan. Take, for example, his Giant Wild Mushroom Katsu with vegan XO Sauce and the luxurious lightly torched Raw Diver Scallop with Sea Urchin. We had a great conversation with actress Sh'Kia Augustin on The Chris & Sandy Show. We talked about family, acting, sacrifices, her career, she told some really great stories to a whole lot more!Sh'Kia Augustin is an American actress, writer, producer, and singer born to an African American mother and Jamaican father. She was born and raised in small-town Oakland, Florida, where she began singing in the church choir from a young age.Augustin started playing the flute in middle school and attended Florida Atlantic University on a music/band scholarship. She went on to graduate with a BBA in finance and music business. Her writing journey began at FAU during her tenure as the President of the Black Student Union. She co-wrote and directed a stage play titled "The Makings of a Man: Penis Monologues," which was performed for the entire student body. Since then, her pilot scripts have been placed in various screenplay competitions, including as a Quarterfinalist in Screencraft and a Finalist in WeScreenplay. After graduating, she began performing in community theaters and local film productions and writing, producing, and starring in her own web series and short films. She is best known for her recurring acting role as the voice of Shonda on The CW's “Black Lightning” and as Malika ‘Kold’ Wise, the star of AMC & We TV’s @WeTV English “Kold x Windy.”
