Coaching on Parenting Conflicts with Belinda Zylberman of Paikea Mediation | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 52:30

Belinda has a fabulous coaching style that I really clicked with. We talked Content not context, my relationships with my parents and my fear of not being a great parent because of the choices I've made. It was exceptionally enlightening!  When coming as a client, you would fall into one of the following: 1. you're experiencing a conflict with someone and you're looking for support to navigate that 2. you're thinking about divorcing and trying to figure out how best to make that decision, and then live that decision 3. co-parenting struggles/conflict 4. relationship struggles/conflict Find her: https://cdn.filestackcontent.com/TPiNy0RRhm8Gr2AF7HL1?paikeamediation.com?text/html; charset=UTF-8 Original interview link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwiK6q1Z1mM WELCOME TO THE COACHING SERIES: When I wrote my book I did “Bear it all” - emotionally I was raw, vulnerable and the story was difficult to share but it was important for me to do it. I realized that I am only one story and that everyone has an equally amazing story to share. The podcast was born and for me, it was a way for my guests to “write a book in an hour” - to share their story in a condensed amount of time while being extremely raw, vulnerable, and genuine. It was an opportunity for the audience to feel less alone and build tools to cope with their own struggles. The coaching calls were a result of a suggestion from one of my guests. Not only am I physically The Naked Podcaster, but it’s my turn again to be emotionally naked so the listeners could know what it would be like to work with my guests. This process wouldn’t work unless I was a good fit for the coaching call and I was really willing to open up. These interviews are scary as listeners get real insight into my life.  It’s worth it because I’ve gotten to know my podcast guests and how outstanding they are. 100% of entrepreneurs birth their business from their struggle, and it’s a gift to show how they have turned their trials around to help others.  I’m looking forward to sharing their skills with you and connecting who they are in a different way.  Brian Ross discusses Conscious Content Collective, #liftthestigma, PTSD, loss and staying positive | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:05:18

Consciouscontent.org https://twitter.com/CContentMedia https://www.facebook.com/consciouscontentllc/ https://instagram.com/brians_ I'm blessed to know Brian and to be a small part of one of his projects with Kimberly. We have a very candid conversation about the business, his life, moving forward through trauma with gratitude. It was a beautiful conversation. IN HIS WORDS: My name is Brian Ross. I am the Co-founder and CEO of Conscious Content Collective. I Co-founded CC with my best friend and spiritual partner Kimberly Resch. about 3 years ago. We bring awareness and education through the creation of remarkable documentaries and books about topics that matter to most of humanity. My background wasn’t Media at all and it’s crazy to believe that I’m actually doing this as a job!!! I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life. I have been involved in everything from Venture Capital, Real Estate, and mortgage finance to Financial Advising prior to my current situation. Conscious Content is the fifth company I have founded or co-founded but it is by far the most purpose-filled mission I have ever been blessed to be a part of outside of raising my daughters. Conscious Content wasn’t started as a way to make money it was started to try to do our part with helping fix a freaking broken world. if we end up making money then that’s great too. We will put it to good use. I’ve Been blessed to have experienced a lot of success in my life however I’ve been humbled to my core on multiple occasions. Here is a brief explanation: I don’t really remember my childhood before the age of six except that my father was a very dominant and reactive personality In my life growing up. He passed away when I was in high school. I lost my very best friend Nate to suicide and then his wife took her life 2 years later leaving behind their two young children. That was so very difficult and I have struggled with that. I was nearly killed three times in both motorcycle and car accidents and ran out of oxygen at 65 feet down while diving. In 2001 I lost a thriving VC company when the market crashed and 911 happened. In 2009 I lost a thriving real estate company and 3 homes and ended up filing bankruptcy with nothing left in the bank or asset related except a vehicle. 4 years ago my brother passed away unexpectedly and I decided my life had to change and drew line in the sand as they say and tried a final time to ask my wife to get help and change. It was affecting our kids and it needed to stop. I was married for 17 years to my high school sweetheart who slowly developed bipolar disorder. The last 5 yrs of that marriage sucked pretty bad and I almost lost my identity and The will to go on. I divorced 3.5 years ago. Out of that marriage, I was blessed with 2 daughters Morgan 18 and Ashlee age 14. They chose to live with me most of the time however they are beginning to repair their relationship with their mom. I know my life was meant to have a major purpose and I guess I just had to learn all these hard lessons before God Thought I would be ready for the position I’m in now At age 51 with Conscious Content collective. I’m very grateful for my life. All the ups and downs but I really don’t understand why there are so many. Our most recent loss is the passing of Kim’s son Taylor. He was Only 15yrs old, a powerful swimmer, and a very bright light and just overflowing with potential. He was the son I never had and I treated him as that. I still can’t believe he’s not with us anymore. Sometimes as we try to get our arms around this loss and continue forward with our mission one day at a time. This may be one of the most difficult things I have been through personally and I ache for Kim as his mom. Still, we go on...  Human Design and Financial Coaching with Alana Heim of Prosperity Alignment | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:12:03

I learned so much in the coaching session! Although this was about my situation, there is so much information to gain and you can see what an outstanding coach Alana is! I'm a Generator. I need to trust my gut, wait for breadcrumbs, make decisions based on emotion - do I feel an Uh-huh? Or an Uh-uh? I make decisions in my sacral, I work best when asked yes and no questions. DON'T ask how - the Universe will answer that. I need people, places, and connections. I'm tribal, community and family-oriented. I love my individuality and need to do my own thing which is what will bring change to the world in my way. I fear not being good enough or life not worth living. I'm terrible at the close but great at the beginning explanation. I love experiences and the story to share! YES! I learned how to ask myself information and not to get stuck in my head asking the how. Just trust my gut and ask in the right way!  Already this has helped me SO MUCH! I've had a complete shift in my thinking and processing which has felt like a weight lifted off.  Original interview link: #1: https://youtu.be/Yi8QNEiGZI8 #2 https://youtu.be/syNIMi-myEg WELCOME TO THE COACHING SERIES: When I wrote my book I did “Bear it all” - emotionally I was raw, vulnerable and the story was difficult to share but it was important for me to do it.  Finding a diet to manage weight and get through menopause and reduce pain - Kristi Tornabene | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 37:44

IN HER WORDS: From problem to solution; from idea to an action plan: I help you build new bridges towards your target goals and accelerate your progress, overcoming obstacles and leveraging your own resources. For a more fulfilling life. I outline in the free e-mails, how change can be done. Changing when you eat your foods, to changing the combination. Finding your best foods, and finding a place for them in your daily eating plan. Having a calm brain, helped me save my marriage, and stand up to my husbands’ comments. Save my family and create a better environment for all. The menopause years can throw women into a spin, if things are not what you thought them to be, things can get out of control. Taking baby steps to better health is possible because no one can get here without understanding that they don’t need as much food as they think. Eating less is possible when you know what your body needs. This is why there are two primary tests on the website, the same ones I used when I had questions after working with the Blood Type Diet. https://www.keystobasichealth.com https://business.facebook.com/keystobasichealth/?business_id=453245738435971&ref=bookmarks Here is the link to the book:   https://amzn.to/3clMLDt https://allhealthusa.com/?subid=J-Dub-allhealth&fbclid=IwAR2_R4M1jII8TRWaEJuHaJgZRv1wYPYvPLLTiB9Mb2sCzV_vh3gWjHE2yc0 --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/the-naked-podcaster/message

Did meeting Tom Hanks make her sick? We'll never know for sure.   She also has a book coming out the fall of 2020 titled "My Life Is A Movie You Don't Want To Miss" and I LOVE the title! Very fitting if you've listened to her first interview.   FIRST INTERVIEW: https://youtu.be/P8S3tc2qPIs   Today Nikoleta interviewed me and we discussed essential workers, stimulus, grief, and how to stay positive in tough situations.  Parenting A Child Who Has Lost A Parent - Miguel Dean Sacred Masculine Healing Session | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 54:49

We begin with me laughing because genuinely I adore this man. Miguel asked me via email to think about a trigger or something I'm struggling with. It's interesting how when this question is asked, my answer is unique. I had forgotten that in his original interview, Miguel's initial struggle was losing him Mom and his Auntie. I'm grateful I just go with my gut. My youngest daughter Tavin is technically Dane's daughter and her biological Mom died when she was 2. Part of my parenting struggle is in her resistance to letting me in, but acknowledging that we're not as close as she'd like. Miguel recognized that MY mother could have been great, but was dealing with her own story. The baggage I carry is that I wanted a Mom who wasn't available. With Tavin SHE wants a Mom who she isn't close to, so it's an inverted situation. My desire to parent her with love is thwarted by the burden I carry - that Tavin represents my inner child. She is a physical representation of my own little girl. As a result, I parent with diplomacy, distance and I seem more strict than I feel due to my emotional distance. The fact that she's also the youngest with a considerable age difference means she's an only child in a huge family and really, we do need to rewrite how we do things on multiple levels. Now that I've had this healing session, I've felt relief and unloading of the tension I carry inside myself. Bringing issues into the light out of the darkness - as Miguel says - is an enormous step in the process and vital to moving forward. I need to remember to Mother myself and shift my parenting by untethering myself from my baggage as a child to JUST BE a better Mom. The Journey IS The Destination. ABOUT SESSIONS: My Sacred Masculine Healing Sessions focus on balancing and the marriage of your inner masculine and feminine. So really you just need to have a starting place for our conversation of something you would like to improve/ change about the way you are. It could be something related to improving your relationship with your partner or yourself. It's all about relationships with self and others. You need to be aware that our conversation may well explore your childhood experiences of being parented as many of the roots of how we operate now in relation to man and woman and masculine and feminine have their origins here. But essentially you just need a starting place that you would like to explore.  Julio & Kate from TacoBoutUsMariscals - Living with 4 kids and 3 animals in a 22' trailer | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 52:23

I've been following Julio and Kate from TacoBoutUsMariscals as beacons of hope for my family who wants to live full-time in an RV. I was excited to find out how they did it, are still doing it, despite work changing during COVID-19 and Kate's health. With a hysterectomy, then another surgery, then another diagnosis I wasn't sure how they navigated life! IN THEIR WORDS: We are Julio (33) and Kate Mariscal (33) from TacoBoutUsMariscals. We are a family of 6 including our 4 children ages: 12, 10, 7, and 4. In addition, we have 2 dogs and a cat. In June of 2018, Julio applied for a traveling surgical tech job, as he was tired of decreasing benefits and PTO at the hospital he had worked and loved. We always talked about Kate working as a traveling nurse, but didn’t realize the ability for Julio to travel as well. He was on medical leave from the Air Force, Kate was on summer break (she worked as a school nurse) and the timing seemed perfect. He quickly started applying for travel jobs and was offered a position in York, Maine. We had two weeks to the day to get everything aligned so we could go. We quickly found out that housing would be more than his weekly pay due to increased tourism, so we bought our first travel trailer and were on our way. We fell in love. It was beautiful, we met amazing people, even after 5 weeks the kids felt at home in our tiny space (~170sqft) and were fighting/arguing less than ever before. Julio stayed to finish his contract while Kate and the kids returned for school. It was overwhelming, it took more time to acclimate back to our big house than it did for the camper. We missed it. Julio returned and over the next few months, we decided we wanted to travel full time. During this time, Kate was suffering more and more from her Endometriosis. She had a second surgery, this time removing the rest of her reproductive organs, and was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis and underwent a second round of pelvic floor physical therapy. Even after all of this she was in immense pain daily and could not get through a partial day at work. It was becoming apparent that Kate would no longer be able to work full time and traveling was not only appealing but a necessary move. By April we bought a bus and found a company to convert it into a motorhome (skoolie). We put our house up for sale, and we were selling off all of our belongings. On June 7th we were back in Maine and on our first stop of full time traveling life. It hasn’t always been peaches and cream — RV life is trialing ... especially in a 22ft TT, Kate’s in menopause and struggling with hot flashes, depression, and loss of identity, homeschooling, the bus still isn’t finished after 9 months, there’s a learning curve to RV life and maintenance... the list goes on. However, as stressful as this life maybe we are extremely happy with our decision and love the memories that we are making with our children.  Pornography addict coaches The Naked Podcaster - Session 2 with Joshua Shea | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:06:49

It might seem strange that a porn addict is coaching The Naked Podcaster, however, when I read Josh's book, "He's A Porn Addict... Now What?" I realized that I have triggers from my past. I also realized 3 of my 4 serious relationships had porn as part of the mix and I became curious about how that impacted me, how I was attracting people and if I could have handled it differently. I also felt a little confused about my negative reaction to pornography. In Session 2 you will learn more about me from a sexual standpoint. In the end, with some great coaching from Josh, he determines that I am an open, healthy sexual person, evolved, transcendent and willing to openly discuss sexuality and I'm not in your face about it. In my mind, I feel I should have a more open, healthier attitude by LIKING porn but I DON'T LIKE IT. I don't want to admit that because in my mind it pokes holes in the balloon of being openly sexual. My definition of being openly sexual is defined on INCLUDING porn, so because I don't really like it, I struggle with if I can be healthy sexually when I don't really have that openness. In the moment I wasn't sure if that was accurate or how accurate it is, but with hindsight, I believe it's spot on. I DO like lower-key sexual encounters in an R rated movie, but once it's blatant, I'm actually uncomfortable. What this has meant since we recorded, is embracing that having a healthy sexual relationship does not have to be all-inclusive and that's OK.I also don't want to have a 3-some, am not interested in women and have never wanted to attend a sex party and those things didn't determine feeling that I'm sexually open. We all have to determine what's in our comfort zone. I appreciate that Josh was willing to have me as a coaching client since I"m a bit removed from my engagement with porn and to explore difficult conversations with me to uncover what my triggers are. IN HIS WORDS: I work as an author and speaker/presenter sharing my story and educating about addiction. My books about addiction can be found on the home page. I believe if we can begin to talk more about porn addiction and mental health, others may be able to address their addictions before they devolve to the unhealthy and criminal places where mine hit rock bottom. I also wrote my breast cancer memoir, How Connie Got Her Rack Back, my comical spin on the cancer journey. And since your show is rated explicit, I would say that if things could fuck up along my journey, they did! I wrote about the good, the bad and the ugly of having cancer at 39 recently divorced (I had a 200 lb hemorrhoid extricated by an excellent divorce attorney), with two small children. 11 years later, I just hit the big 5-0 (Holy Shit) and I am in perfect health except for the usual aches and pains:) I decided once I was well that I wanted to help other patients going through cancer, so I founded a non-profit, Get Your Rack Back, or GYRB as we call it for short. We provide cancer patients - men, women and children with various types of cancer - with $500 in financial services. Gas and grocery gift cards and medical copayment assistance, mostly. So many patients are having to choose between paying for treatment and putting food on the table for their families and we just CAN'T HAVE THIS! The goal of GYRB is to bridge the gap for these families. To date, since I started it in 2015, we have provided $122,000 in services to cancer patients in Upstate NY. My goal is grow to other states because -let's face it - we all know someone somewhere who is affected by cancer who could use some boots on the ground providing some much needed TLC. I also write articles for BizCatalyst360, mostly from my blog - The Humor of It All. Crazy shit happens to me all the time, so I write about it. https://gyrb.org https://www.facebook.com/GetYourRackBack/ https://www.bizcatalyst360.com/author/conniebramer/ https://twitter.com/constancebramer?lang=en https://www.instagram.com/constancebramer/ https://thehumorofitall.wordpress.com --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/the-naked-podcaster/message

Pornography addict coaches The Naked Podcaster - Session 1 with Joshua Shea | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:20:44

It might seem strange that a porn addict is coaching The Naked Podcaster, however, when I read Josh's book, "He's A Porn Addict... Now What?" I realized that I have triggers from my past. 3 of my 4 serious relationships had porn as part of the mix and I became curious about how that impacted me, how I was attracting people and if I could have handled it differently. I also felt a little confused about my reaction to pornography.   In Session 1 we dive into my background and set the stage for session 2. I was nervous about this discussion but excited about the possibility of learning more about myself. Welcome to my porn journey and brace yourself for session 2. FIND HIM HERE:  https://recoveringpornaddict.com/  Original interview link:    WELCOME TO THE COACHING SERIES:   When I wrote my book I did “Bear it all” - emotionally I was raw, vulnerable and the story was difficult to share but it was important for me to do it. Enjoy the journey and remember to be kind to yourselves.   CONNECT WITH ME!   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/momofeighteen/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/MomOfEighteen Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/momofeighteen/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenn-taylor-96442b98/ Website: http://www.momof18.com Email: jenn@momof18.com --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/the-naked-podcaster/message
