For Business of Sport Thursday – We discussed the State of the National First Division. New Frame Sports Editor Njabulo Ngidi, Santos boss Goolam Allie and Director of TransAfrica and chairman of Sport Industry Group Sgwili Gumede all joined us to drive the conversation.

We were joined by SA Hockey president Marissa Langeni to talk about the challenges they are facing as a sport. We then spoke to Moses Mabhida Stadium General Manager Vusi Mazibuko, about how the manage to bid and win when it comes to hosting major events in the country. For boxing Wednesday we were joined by Stanley Christodoulou and Thulani Mbenge.

SABC Sport reporter Khanyiso Tshwaku helped us look at the Springboks win away. On our careers in sport feature we were joined by Ajax CT chaplain Bruce Nadin. We then discussed football matters at Kaizer Chiefs with Marks Maponyane and Velile Mnyandu.

Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane joined us to chat about their clash against Orlando Pirates over the weekend. The match was full of drama on and off the field. We also heard from Thulani Thuswa and Thandi Morafe about the pre match antics outside the stadium, building up to the game

We opened the show with former Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates midfielder Benedict ‘Tso’ Vilakazi, ahead of the two teams clash on Saturday. We also told the story of late South African golfer Papwa Sewgolum, a multiple champion with an unorthodox grip. Papwa was recognized and hailed overseas, but not in his own country because of the apartheid system. His son Rajen Sewgolum and Mr Barry Cohen.

On careers In sport feature we were joined by Sports Nutritionist Daddy Mathews, later we were joined by former Lions batsman Gulam Bodi’s lawyer Sinenhlanhla Mnguni, talking to us about the ongoing Match fixing case involving the former RSA batsman, who pleaded guilty

We opened the show with a controversial moment in a test match between England and South Africa, where England flyhalf Owen Farrell tackled Springboks’ Andre Esterhuizen. Former test referee Mr Freek Burger joined us to clarify the incident. We also played a clip of Stuart Baxter, talking about the return of Thulani Serero to the national team. The rest of the show was the reaction to that.

We had an exclusive one on one interview with SA's golden girl Caster Semenya, about her career, the past 10 years. We also went over to Egypt for a preview of tomorrow's first leg of the CAF Champions League Final between Al Ahly v Esperance, Amr Fahmy - beIN Sports Reporter joined us. We also continued our build up to the highly anticipated Mzansi Super League and tonight we featured Tshwane franchise Tshwane Spartans. President Tebogo Siko is our guest in studio and CEO Jacques Faul joined us on the line.

SA Juniorweight champion Nozipho Bell's camp says they were robbed in her title fight loss against Ewa Brodnicka of Poland this past weekend, Trainer Caiphus Ntante talked to us about it. We also crossed over to Poland and spoke to the fight promoter and tournament organiser Marco Brioschi, they also believe the South African was robbed. We then went over to East London to talk about a very successful prison boxing programme that's produced a number of SA champions. Many convicts took up boxing in prison and have come out to become professional boxers. Mr Luyanda Kana, Aphiwe Rasmeni and Lindile Tshemese joined us.

We crossed over to Malaysia to chat to South African MotoGP2 rider Brad Binder who's won 3 races in 2018, legendary Tschops Sipuka joined the conversation. We also went live to Madrid to get the latest after the sacking of coach Julen Lopetegui. Real Madrid correspondent for Goal Alberto Pinero joined us. We also resumed our Mzansi Super League with Durban Heat fast bowler Kyle Abbott.

Orlando Pirates coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic joined us on the show tonight, to talk about the derby win, the season so far and what lies ahead. We also celebrated with Sharks Currie Cup captain Chiliboy Ralepelle, following their victory over Western Province on Saturday. Lastly we crossed over to Leicester, UK, to hear the latest following horrible Helicopter crash outside the stadium. Nick Mashiter joined us.
