We opened the show with former Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates midfielder Benedict ‘Tso’ Vilakazi, ahead of the two teams clash on Saturday. We also told the story of late South African golfer Papwa Sewgolum, a multiple champion with an unorthodox grip. Papwa was recognized and hailed overseas, but not in his own country because of the apartheid system. His son Rajen Sewgolum and Mr Barry Cohen.

SA Juniorweight champion Nozipho Bell's camp says they were robbed in her title fight loss against Ewa Brodnicka of Poland this past weekend, Trainer Caiphus Ntante talked to us about it. We also crossed over to Poland and spoke to the fight promoter and tournament organiser Marco Brioschi, they also believe the South African was robbed. We then went over to East London to talk about a very successful prison boxing programme that's produced a number of SA champions. Many convicts took up boxing in prison and have come out to become professional boxers. Mr Luyanda Kana, Aphiwe Rasmeni and Lindile Tshemese joined us.

We also resumed our Mzansi Super League with Durban Heat fast bowler Kyle Abbott.
