In this special episode Chris and Luke have the opportunity to hear the story of a patient who has been HIV positive since 1991 and his ID doctor who has been treating HIV for about as long. They talk what it was like being diagnosed during the period of time when not much was known about the virus and how both a patient and a physician dealt with that uncertainty.
