Dr. Ryan B. Jackson is an assistant principal at Maplewood High School in Nashville, TN. As the self-coined, #UnderdogsAdvocate, Jackson prides himself on serving inner-city students, ensuring they receive access to high-quality education. Right now in my coaching cycles we are digging heavily into data and the pressure is on in most schools to use this second half of the year to capitalize on Ss growth and play significant catch up in addition to achieving the expected grade level milestones.
